Door Painting Schedule
Tuesday, August 21st: Good morning residents of Oxford Hill in St. Paul!
The crew should be getting underway shortly here as we approach 9am. We have a few crewmembers onsight completing the doors, please give them a little leeway as they’ll be completing several doors at each hour mark, and applying 2 coats so they may be back and forth between the doors. Thanks so much!

Monday, August 13th: Hello residents of Oxford Hills! We hope you’ve had a good few weeks.
We have further details on the door painting portion of your project. We’ll be painting doors on Tuesday, August 21st. We’ll be painting the doors in the open position and thus, need some participation from you.
The crew will be onsite between 9am and 5pm that day and you have the opportunity to request a specific time to have your door painted. We’ve posted a table above showing the times available – please check availability and either comment here on the blog with the time requested and your unit # or you may call our office 763-559-5296 to schedule an appointment. The crew has completed their painting in your stairwells and hallways. We are currently working on compiling a list of residence doors that have yet to be painted. Once compiled, we’ll notify residents, with advance notice, as to when those can be scheduled. Thanks for your patience on this!
Tuesday, July 31st: And here we are on the last day of July as August is right around the corner! We can’t believe how the summer is flying by! Speaking of fast, your Oxford Hills crew is cruising through your hallways and finishing up your walls and is now wrapping up in the lobby area.

Friday, July 27th: Good morning and TGIF!
The crews are awaiting color approval for the walls and will get started once it is ready to go. Have a great weekend!

Thursday, July 26th: Good morning!
The crew is continuing on the 4th floor with painting your millwork and once the wall color has been finalized the crew will begin the hallway painting as well. Pictures coming soon!
Tuesday, July 24th: Hello residents of Oxford Hill!
It’s another beautiful and sunny day. Our crew is busy painting in Stairwell B. They should be finishing it up today as well as beginning on the 4th floor with prep and painting of the millwork. Thanks!

Monday, July 23rd: Good morning and happy Monday! We hope you all had a great weekend!
The crew has prepped and painted in your stairwell A and will move to stairwell B and then to the hallways – starting on the 4th floor.
This flight of stairs is prepped and ready for enamel.

Wednesday, July 18th: Good afternoon residents of Oxford Hill! We are thrilled to be working with you this summer and we will begin your project on Thursday, July 19.
The project entails prepping and painting of the mill work and walls of Stairwell A and Stairwell B as well as painting in your residence hallways – millwork and hallway walls. We’ll also be painting your residence doors.
The project will start in Stairwell A, painting millwork and then moving to the walls. This process will then be repeated in Stairwell B. We anticipate about 4-5 days for each stairwell.
Once the stairwells are complete we’ll move up to the 4th floor to begin painting in the hallway, similarly starting with the millwork and then painting the walls. We will then move down to the 3rd floor and repeat the process and continue to make our way down to the 1st floor.
The project also entails painting of your residence doors, which we’ll be painting in the open position, thus requiring some participation from you all. When we begin painting the walls on your floor, we’ll then begin painting doors. If you are home during one of these days, kindly open up your door for us to paint. Otherwise, we’ll be providing times on select days (which will be determined once we get things started) for you to make an appointment to have your door painted.
Once painted, we ask that the door remains open for a minimum of 2 hours to allow for sufficient dry time.
We’ll continue to provide project and progress updates here on the blog as well as provide pictures, and later a schedule of availability for door painting.
