Friday, July 19th: Hello and TGIF!
Inspired by this ‘Fire-y’ hot weather we’re having, we wanted to share Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show video of the Avengers: Endgame cast singing ‘We Didn’t Start the Fire’ — now stay cool out there!
We’ll post a progress update soon!
Wednesday, July 17th: Greetings!
The crew is nearing the finish line on your project and anticipated to be finished by end of day tomorrow. They’re prepping and painting on 6- through the end. It has been our pleasure being onsite and sprucing up your property.

Tuesday, July 16th: Good morning!
It’s going to be a scorcher this week so take care of yourself and stay hydrated! And often with hot weather comes thunderstorms so check back here on the blog for weather updates and delays on your project!
The crew is painting their way through the designated buildings and have working on 1, 2, and 3 yesterday and into today. Today they are anticipating to tackle 4, 5, and 6 – which is putting them at completing about 3 Buildings/day.
We will post photos shortly as we receive them from the crew – thanks!

Wednesday, July 10th: Greetings residents of Wyndemere Farms and welcome to your project blog!
For this year’s project we’ll be prepping and painting select trim on the front elevation of your home including front door frames, including kickplates where applicable, garage door frames, gable louvers and shutters on select units.
We’ll be kicking off your project on Monday, 7/15 and will start at Building #1, labeled above. The crew will continue to follow this route and make their way to the included units. We anticipate the project to wrap up by Friday, 7/19 and that our prep and painting will have minimal impact to your daily routines.
In advance of our painting, we kindly ask that you unlock your storm door so we have access to paint your entire front door frame – thanks!
