Friday, June 14th: Greetings and TGIF!

Lots happening around the Twin Cities this weekend to check out — looks like a beautiful weather weekend as well! The Stone Arch Festival is this weekend, Fri-Sun in Minneapolis along Main St. in Minneapolis and not far from there, Boom Island Festival is Sat-Sun. If you’re looking to cheer on the Twinkies, they’ve got a home- game stretch through next Wednesday and they are crushing it!

The crew is continuing and completing their pressure washing of the select decking areas and will be back on Monday to begin the prepping and painting, starting at Building #1. Have a great weekend!

Tuesday, June 11th: Hello residents of Vintage Street! Welcome to your project blog – we are excited to be back in Coon Rapids and painting for you again this year.

This year’s project entails the prep and painting of your rear decks, including the deck railings, deck support posts, deck headers, screen frames (where applicable) and deck pergolas. We’ve posted a route map with buildings labeled. We’ll reference this when posting about the crews’ progress so you can anticipate their arrival at your deck.

On Thursday, we’ll start with pressure washing the included decking areas and will then return on Monday, 6/17. We are projecting the project to take about 3.5 weeks to complete. There are multiple homeowners that have elected to get their deck floors done- we’ll be sending out separate notice of this to them specifically.

Thanks and we’ll see you on Thursday to pressure wash!
