Monday, September 25th: Greetings!

Due to the rain today the crew didn’t make it. Tomorrow we will be checking the dampness level of the included substrates before we return to paint.

Monday, September 11th: Greetings!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming exterior project. We are excited to be working together on phase 2 this year!

Our crew will begin pressure washing siding on the north elevation of the buildings and entry pillars starting with building #1 listed on the map above on Monday, September 11th.

We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove any small personal items from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing.

After the surfaces have been washed, the wood will need time to dry and during that time we will begin painting front door frames, shutters, gable louvers, service door frames, decorative keystones, deck skirts, deck pillars & garage door frames. Our crew may start prep & painting of trim areas listed that are hand cleaned in lieu of pressure washing.

We will be posting notices later on with a link to schedule an appointment for front door painting as we paint those in the open position. The schedule is currently up for the first block of days to be Wednesday 9/13 – Saturday 9/16.

We anticipate that the entire project will be completed within 4-6 weeks. However, your unit/building will be completed much sooner. Please be aware that the weather will likely affect our completion schedule.

We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may enjoy the remainder of the summer.
