Meadows of Bloomfield – Rosemount

Greetings and welcome to your project portal for the upcoming painting project at Meadows of Bloomfield in Rosemount. We are thrilled to be working with and for you this spring / summer!

Tuesday, June 30th: Hello all – we will be onsite today doing additional touch-ups. We will not be starting until at least 10 am in order to allow the surfaces to properly dry out.

Later this week on Thursday we will be walking with the property management team to make sure all is completed properly!

Wednesday, June 24th: Hello all – we will be performing a walkthrough to mark touch-ups and any missed painting at this time. The blog will not be getting updates until we’re gotten a sign-off from the association and the project is closed.

We really appreciate your partnership to have the work completed and we understand it can be challenging to be available for door appointments!

Monday, June 22nd: Hello all – we have substantially completed the door painting and other work. We should be completing the doors by tomorrow and then there will be a final walkthrough to mark any touch-ups.

Friday, June 19th: Hello door appointments are occurring but we are a little delayed due to rain and some other factors. Thank you for your patience!

Thursday, June 18th: We are onsite today – door appointments are proceeding as planned. If anything chances for the afternoon, we will let you know!

Wednesday, June 17th: Hello all – due to rain we are not onsite today – we are hoping that we will be able to proceed with door appointments tomorrow but we will need to keep our eyes on the sky. We will reach out to cancel if weather requires rescheduling.

Friday, June 12th: Happy Friday – we had to leave a little early yesterday due to the rain but we are back onsite today for the door appointments. We will be back again on Saturday as well.

There will likely be a final round of door appointments planned before doors are painted in the closed position.

Thursday, June 11th: Hello all – we are onsite for door appointments today. We won’t be painting other areas but we will be working on the scheduled door appointments.

Wednesday, June 10th: Hello all – we are onsite performing some light touch-ups but are not doing our normal work due to the rain received last evening / early a.m. We will be onsite tomorrow, pending any weather delays and also we will be doing another round of front door appointments.

Monday, June 8th: Hello all – we are rain delayed today due to the rain we received overnight and intermittently today. We are planning to be onsite tomorrow, as long as the conditions are in place.

Friday, June 5th: Hello all – we have been hard at work with door painting appointments. We will be back onsite tomorrow for door appointments from 8am to noon. If you haven’t made an appointment we will be back again June 11, 12 and 13.

The crew will be onsite painting and working through the association. Thanks for your patience as we work to get the project done and try to minimize disruption for you.

Thursday, June 4th: Today we are onsite starting door appointments. Please note that we will be out there for more appointments so there is still time to sign-up. There have been questions on colors of doors – residents are not able to select their own colors. Below is a color map for your reference. The crew is worked through Building 18 as of today and is continuing to paint exterior areas following the direction / flow of the map above. Here is a photos of the painting in progress today:

Tuesday, June 2nd: We have added more appointments to the calendar. We will be now onsite on Thursday, June 4th and the following week on Thursday, June 11 – Saturday, June 13.

Friday, May 29th: Hello all – we have posted door appointments and the first group will have notices posted to sign-up for appointments on June 5th and June 6th. Here is the calendar:

The painting of your front door will require participation from each homeowner to paint the door in the open position. 

Community members will have two options to get their door painted. The first option is to allow a crew member (they will be knocking on doors for duration of project during business hours) to complete this task while you are home if you are available and it is convenient for your schedule. The second and most convenient method for completing this painting task is to select a date & time at the website below that works within your schedule. Our team will be taking on the hour appointments on the following days:

 JUNE 5TH                           8 AM – 4 PM

JUNE 6TH                            8 AM – 12 PM

 Through the scheduling tool, appointments will be a first-come, first-served basis. If you have not made an appointment or allowed the painters to paint the door while you are home, your door will be painted in the closed position. After the door is painted, it must remain open for a minimum of 2.5 hours. Damages caused by prematurely closing will not be the responsibility of Roell Painting to fix & will not be repaired.      

Thursday, May 28th: Hello all – the above map is the route that the crew will be taking throughout the association. After building 6, we will head to 27 and then follow the red arrows through the association. Thanks so much – stay tuned for door appointments starting June 5th – 6th.

Tuesday, May 26th: Good morning all! Below is a video from the Project Manager, Danielle talking about the project and what we will be doing this week. We will be placing an updated map later this week showing the approximate workflow of that the painters will be following. We also have some photos of the project before we got started. 

Friday, May 22nd: Good afternoon residents! Please be advised that our crew will begin the process of painting select trim (Louvers, Front Doors, Sprinkler Room Doors, Gable Peak Corbels, Decorative Garage Headers, Decorative Window Headers) approved by the association board to be completed this spring/summer. We will begin prepping & painting on the first building in the community on: TUESDAY, MAY 26^TH

 This is a large project that will likely about a 4 – 6 weeks to complete all buildings (however, your individual building will take less time).

At a later time, we will be posting a notice regarding painting of the front doors. This task will require the participation from each resident to paint the front doors in the open position. We will be providing information on this in the coming weeks.  

Overall, this project will have MINIMAL impact to your daily routine.   In order to access the most current project information, view our projected painting schedule or any weather delays/impacts during the project, one can find this information posted here on this blog.
