Lake Park Townhouses – Eden Prairie

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming project at Lake Park. We are thrilled to be working with and for you this summer! 

Wednesday, August 5th: Good afternoon – we are marking touch-ups today on C & D and working on finishing Building E this week.

We appreciate your patience as we work on the last part of the neighborhood! Thank you so much for your help accommodating us as we worked through the association.

Monday, August 3rd: Hi all – the crew is prepping Building E to paint siding color and then painting trim. We are targeting the completion for Wednesday, August 5th.

The Production Manager will be walking the property on Building C-D tomorrow and marking touch-ups, which we would be completing sometime this week!

Friday, July 31st: Good morning – we are not onsite today due to the rain. We should be back on Saturday, assuming the forecast for sunshine holds! here are some photos of Building D when it was a little more sunny.

Wednesday, July 29th: Hello all – we’re onsite working on Building D; pressure washing is done on Building E! Here is an update video from the Production Supervisor, Angel:

Tuesday, July 28th: We will be washing as planned Building E tomorrow. We are grateful that the weather is much cooler than yesterday!

Monday, July 27th: Good morning – we have begun to prep Building D. We will be onsite today even with the heat advisory. Stay cool out there!

We will be posting notices later today for Building E that will be starting on Wednesday. We anticipate that washing will take approximately 5 – 6 working days to complete. To ensure safe and unobstructed access for our crew, we kindly ask that residents please move any small personal belongings or items they do not wish to get wet indoors ahead of time. 

Friday, July 24th: Good afternoon, all! We have wrapped up Building B and are hard at work on Building C. Here are some progress photos below. We will be working on Saturday, weather permitting!

Wednesday, July 22nd: Hello all – today the update is that Building B should be completed on Thursday; the crew will start the prep & painting of siding of Building C on Friday.

On Building D, the scraping and priming will begin on Monday, July 27 (weather permitting, of course!).

Tomorrow we will have staff onsite filming an update and checking progress and overall quality of the work completed. Thanks and have a great Wednesday evening!

Tuesday, July 21st: The Building B crew is finishing up painting the siding and they are starting the trim. On Building C they are working on scraping and priming – painting should begin on Wednesday, July 21st.

Monday, July 20th: Good morning, all! Pressure washing is beginning today on Building D. We are working on Building B and C as well. 

This week the heat will be less than last week and we are hoping for a good run of weather to make progress on the project. Thanks again for your patience as we work to beautify your exteriors!

Friday, July 17th: Hello all – we are beginning prep for Building B today; we are also posting notices for Building D that pressure washing will begin on Monday, July 20th. Thank you in advance for moving your items away from the exteriors to allow for proper pressure washing!

Thursday, July 16th: Greetings all – we hope you are taking care and avoiding the outside today as much as possible. We have some photos of the painting progress on Building A below. We will be starting tomorrow prepping on Building B.

Tuesday, July 14th: Good morning – we were busy scraping and prepping the siding yesterday on Building A. Here are some photos – we are continuing to prep / spot prime and then our Production Supervisor will be inspecting the prep before we apply any paint.

Monday, July 13th: Hello all – we finished pressure washing on Building A over the weekend. Below are some photos:

We also started on prep for Building A today and will be working to begin painting of that building this week.

Friday, July 10th: Hi all – we will be returning to pressure wash tomorrow at Building A. On Monday morning we will be starting to prep Building A.

Wednesday, July 8th: Hello all – we are starting the project today despite the light rain. The good thing about pressure washing is that we can generally perform if during the rain.

We will be onsite pressure washing the next 2-3 ways doing that.

Tuesday, July 7th: Hi everyone – we will be onsite tomorrow starting the pressure washing. Even if it rains – we should be onsite and washing, unless there severe weather, i.e., like lightning!

Tuesday, June 30th: Hello all – we will be posting notices in your association today! If you see us onsite we are getting the notices posted at your garages. We look forward to starting the project next week!

Monday, June 29th: Please be advised that our crews will soon begin preparation for the upcoming painting project within your community. We anticipate starting pressure washing on your  building, along with several others, as part of proposed sequence starting on: WEDNESDAY, JULY 8TH

We anticipate that washing all buildings scheduled for completion during 2026 in the community will take approximately 2 – 3 working days to complete. To ensure safe  and unobstructed access for our crew, we kindly ask that residents please move any  small personal belongings or items they do not wish to get wet indoors ahead of time.  

Once the surfaces have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin  preparation and painting of the paintable surfaces. We are currently planning to begin the first building “A” in our sequence on: MONDAY, JULY 13TH  (Weather permitting) 

The full scope of work on all buildings is expected to take approximately 3 – 4 weeks to complete, though each individual building will require significantly less time. We kindly  request all homeowners to remain mindful of wet paint and painters working on ladders  when entering or existing their units. Roell Painting Company is not be responsible for any damage to personal items that may come into contact with wet paint.  

We understand this project may temporarily impact your daily routine and we appreciate your patience and cooperation. Our team will work efficiently to complete  the work promptly so everyone can enjoy the rest of summer. We will be using our online project blog to inform residents of pertinent project details, our schedule, and any weather delays during the project.
