Greetings and welcome to your project blog for this year’s painting project at MPL220 in Minneapolis. We are thrilled to be onsite with you!

Tuesday April 12th, 2022: Good Afternoon!

Good afternoon and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming interior painting project at MPL220.

We are thrilled to have an opportunity to be onsite and working to refresh common area walls of the entry vestibules and 1st – 3rd floors.

We’ll be completing the project in sections, divided by buildings and floors. We will be starting in the 3032 & 3030 building on Thursday April 14th, 2022. 

Please stay tuned for further details as to when the crews will begin in particular buildings. It will be important to be cautious in the common areas for wet paint and our prep work – tape, paper, and plastic coverings.
