Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming project at Centennial Crossings HOA. We are thrilled to be onsite to spruce up your exteriors.

Tuesday, September 27th: Good Afternoon Residents!

Our crews are onsite and your project is underway! We’ve already cleaned and have begun painting building # 1. We’ve got clear skies and minimal wind on the forecast for the week, making these ideal conditions for painting. Let’s hope the weather man has it right this time! *fingers crossed*

Friday, September 23rd: Greetings Residents of Centennial Crossings HOA!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to being onsite!

Our crew will be kicking off on Tuesday, September 27th pressure washing and/or hand cleaning at Building 1. We will work in sequential order as we make our way through the association, ending at building 25.

Once the substrates have had time to dry, we will begin preparation & painting tasks of front door frames & kickplates, garage door accent headers, entry support columns, entry accent trim, and patio kickplates.

We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may enjoy the remainder of the fall.
