I can see clearly now the rain is gone! Now that the weather has stabilized we can dive deep into pressure washing all of the buildings today. We were tentative to start prepping and painting this Thursday, however with the rain delay we may have to extend the start date in order for everything to have the proper amount of time to dry.
Monday, June 26th: Good morning!
Your project is underway! Our crew is onsite to start pressure washing your buildings however, with the on and off rain today there may be a delay in the amount of buildings getting washed. Please reach out if you have any questions.
Monday, June 19th: Greetings!
Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors!
We are planning to begin pressure washing Monday, 6/26. We kindly request that you please remove all small personal items from the exterior of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to their normal place. Please also have your outside water spigot on and available for the crew to utilize.
Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing of the included surfaces. We anticipate that prep work will start on Building 1 in our proposed sequence on Thursday 6/29. This project will take about 4-6 working days to complete each home.
The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we will share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions.
We are looking forward to getting started next week!
