Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at LaBelle Park lll. We are thrilled to be onsite this summer!

Tuesday, August 16th: Good Afternoon!

The crews have completed the painting and now we are onto the final phase of the project which is the carpentry repairs. We anticipate the repairs should take approximately 3 weeks.

Wednesday, July 27th: Greetings!

We apologize for the delay in updates here on the blog. The crew has been diligently working on your project and they have made great progress so far. Today they are onsite prepping and painting the front side of the building.

The crew is continuing to make their way around the route. Today they are prepping on the east side.

The crew is onsite and continuing to work diligently on your project. They are picking up where they left off yesterday working on prepping your decks.

As you may have noticed our crews have been onsite pressure washing. They’ve made quick work of it, because as of today they are already done! Starting Monday, July 11th they will begin prep work and painting. Stay tuned for more updates as things progress.

Wednesday, June 29th: Greetings Residents of LaBelle Park!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors!

Our crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing on Tuesday, July 5th. We kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings from the outside of your condo to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the pressure washing. Once the pressure washing is complete, you may return your belongings to the exterior of your home.

Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will return to begin preparation & painting tasks as early as Thursday, July 7th. We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may enjoy the remainder of the summer.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we will share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
