The crew is wrapping up the remaining areas in the Chelsea Building. We want to thank you all for your cooperation as we spruced up your common areas. Hope you are enjoying the refresh!
Wednesday, March 31st: Good afternoon!
The crew is prepping and painting in the entry lobby area and they are using a scissor lift to get to the upper areas.
They are projecting to wrap up tomorrow morning. Thank you!
Tuesday, March 30th: Greetings!
The crew has moved onto the stairwells in the Chelsea Building. Thanks in advance for your mindfulness of wet paint and our scissor lift. Thank you!
Monday, March 29th: Good afternoon!
The crew is working on painting the wall accents on the 3rd floor.
Friday, March 26th: Good morning and happy Friday!
The crew is wrapped up in the Bedford Building aside from completing touch ups. The Chelsea crew is working on the 2nd floor today – wall painting and the alcove wall painting.
Thursday, March 25th: Greetings!
The crews are continuing in Bedford and Chelsea Buildings.
The Bedford crew is hoping to wrap up by the end of the day. They are wrapping up with the hallway walls and alcoves.
The Chelsea crew is working up on the 3rd floor with walls and alcove and will continue to work their way down to the 2nd and 1st floors.
Wednesday, March 24th: Good afternoon!
The crew in the Bedford Building is working on wall painting in the 1st and 2nd floors. The Chelsea Building crew has sprayed the hallway ceilings and is working in the stairwells today. Tomorrow they’ll resume painting in the hallways with the walls.
Tuesday, March 23rd: Greetings!
We are kicking off in the Chelsea Building this morning. The crew will prep and cover on the 3rd floor before painting the ceiling, walls, and the resident door alcoves.
The Bedford crew is continuing to prep and paint in the stairwells and also on the resident hallways.
Monday, March 22nd: Good morning!
The Andover crew is wrapping up today in the select areas for painting. We want to thank you again for your patience and cooperation as we refreshed your common area hallway walls and stairwells.
The Bedford crew is continuing to prep and paint the hallway walls and will be wrapping up in the next 1-2 days as well.
As a reminder, we are starting in the Chelsea Building tomorrow — the process will be similar and we will have two crews. So work will be completed simultaneously in the stairwells and hallways. Thanks!
Friday, March 19th: Good afternoon and happy Friday!
The crews are both working on the 3rd and 2nd floors of the Bedford and Andover Buildings. They are doing prep work to cover and tape off areas, spraying ceilings, and also completing wall painting.
We will be starting on the 3rd Building – Chelsea on Tuesday, March 23rd. This building will be completed similarly to the other two with work beginning in the stairwells and then working from top to bottom on the hallway areas.

Thursday, March 18th: Greetings!
The crew has moved up to the 3rd floor to prep and cover in advance of painting the ceilings. They’ll complete the ceiling areas first before they begin painting the walls and accent alcoves.
We also kicked off in the Bedford Building with prep and painting in the stairwells. They are tentatively planning to start on the 3rd floor tomorrow. Thanks!
Wednesday, March 17th: Good afternoon and Happy St. Patrick’s Day ☘️☘️☘️
The crew is prepping and painting in the Andover Building. We have our crew in two areas – both the stairways and also the 3rd floor hallways. We want to thank you again for your cooperation and mindfulness of wet paint.
Tuesday, March 16th: Greetings and happy project kick-off day at the Andover Building!
The crew is getting started in the entry lobby and mailbox area so the tile installers can complete their install. We’ll then move up to the 3rd floor and work our way down to the first floor. After the corridors are complete, they’ll complete both stairways simultaneously.
Saturday, March 13th: Good morning!
A few quick updates to our schedule. We’ll begin on Tuesday, March 16th in the Andover Building and then on Thursday, March 18th, a 2nd crew will start in the Bedford Building.
We’ll be prepping and painting common area ceilings & walls and we kindly ask that you are mindful of the areas are are prepping and painting in for any wet paint.
We are anticipating the project to take about 3-4 weeks to complete all areas and we will share updates here frequently so you can follow along on the project progress and know which areas we are currently working on and which areas we anticipate to move on to next.

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Pennock Place!
You can continue to follow the project progress here as we’ll post updates frequently and share photos throughout.
For your project, we’ll be finishing select corridor walls, including alcoves around the resident front doors as well as ceilings in their corridors, stairwell walls and ceilings and then lastly select millwork – including select metal doors and frames in common areas.
We’ll be getting started in the main building first – 14182 Pennock Ave and we are asking that you are mindful of wet paint while entering and existing your residence and are traversing through the working areas. We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we are sprucing up your community.
We’ll share more specific details as we get started as to projected timelines and start dates of the other two buildings.
