The crew is onsite and continuing to paint the select door frames. There are also several doors that need to be painted. If you’re available when the crew knocks, kindly open your door to be painted. We’ve opened appointments for this Friday and Saturday. Thanks!

Wednesday, August 4th: Good morning!

The crew is back onsite continuing to make progress on your project. They have picked up where they left off and are prepping and painting door frames and select service doors.

Monday, August 2nd: Good afternoon!

The crew is onsite and tackling the designated select items – we’ll be painting select entry door frames, select entry doors, and select service doors.

Thursday, July 29th: Greetings Residents of Northglen!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Northglen in Maple Grove.

For your project, we’ll be prepping & painting the front entry door frames, garage door frames, 23 front doors, and 9 service doors on included buildings.

We have a crew that will be kicking off your project on Monday, August 2nd to begin the prep work. We anticipate the project will take approximately 1-1.5 weeks to complete.

Overall, this project will have minimal impact on your daily routine. The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
