Once that is completed, the Production Supervisor will be walking the property next week with the management / board to get sign-off. Here are some photos from the initial walk thru:

Wednesday, July 29th: Good morning – Angel did performed the initial walk thru to mark touch ups for buildings 1-9. Crew is still working on last building (#10) but hoping we can be completing the project this week!

Thanks so much for your patience as we work through the last of the project scope.

Tuesday, July 28th: Good afternoon – here is an update video from the Production Supervisor. He is onsite doing a walk-thru for touchups on other buildings

Thanks so much – the crew will be returning to complete touch-ups after Angel has marked them. Please keep your eye out for them as we work on the garage

Monday, July 27th: Hi all – we hope you are staying cool out there! We are on Building #10 and are prepping / priming the building.

We will be onsite with this heat unless we notify you otherwise; thanks for your patience as we work through the community!

Wednesday, July 22nd: Hello all – Please see an update from Angel below – we are onto Building 8 & 9! Thanks for you patience as we work to complete the project for you this summer!

Monday, July 20th: Hello – please see a quick update video from the Production Supervisor, Angel. We hope to have a good stretch of dry weather this week!

Thursday, July 16th: Hello all – reminder that we need homeowners to have cars out of the way for painters – specifically on Building #5.

We should be wrapping up building five by Saturday this week. We will begin building #6 on Monday, July 20th.

Monday, July 13th: Hello all we are working top to bottom on buildings as we move through the association. The first three buildings are complete pending touch-up inspection.

Thursday, July 9th: Hi all – We are working in building sequential order – see the table above for more details on each building status.

As we look ahead – we are going to get a really nice week for weather which will allow us to hopefully make a lot of progress on the painting.

Wednesday, July 8th: Hello all – we have rain and are not likely going to be able to do much painting today but hope to return tomorrow!

Monday, July 6th: Hello all – we are working on Building #2 and garages as of Monday. There is some rain forecast for tomorrow so we may be delayed or stop working if that is the case.

Thank you for you patience!

Thursday, July 2nd: Hi all – we are onsite today and will be working on Friday, July 3 but will not be onsite working this weekend on Saturday, July 4.

Happy Fourth of July!

Wednesday, July 1st: Hello all – we were slightly rain delayed and we won’t be onsite today until later.

Tuesday, June 30th: Good morning – we had a lot of rain but will be onsite today working! The pressure washing is complete for all the buildings.

Thanks for your patience as we work around the weather conditions!

Monday, June 29th: Good morning – we are onsite pressure washing building 5-9 today as well as beginning the prep to prepare for painting on Buildings #1-#3.

We are going to be working in the heat today, even thought the temperature is going to feel like we’re on the sun! Here is the heat advisory – please take care of yourself and drink lots of water if you are going to be outside for any reason. Our crews will be doing the same!

Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 110 expected. Heat-related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events. Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Friday, June 26th: Good morning – we will be onsite today for pressure washing. Here are some photos from yesterday onsite!

Thursday, June 25th: Good Morning! We are onsite today kicking off the project and getting the pressure washing started at Building #1 and working our way through the association.

Carpentry and painting are slated to begin on Monday, June 29th – assuming the weather conditions are agreeable!

The pressure washing should only take approximately one day. Thanks so much for your partnership on this project.

Wednesday, June 24th: Greetings and welcome to your project blog!

Our crew is scheduled to begin prep in anticipation of a painting & carpentry project in the association. We are scheduled to pressure wash on: THURSDAY, JUNE 25TH

We kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings away from the exterior of your home to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the painting.

Once the surfaces have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin preparation and painting. We are currently planning to begin the first building on: MONDAY, JUNE 29TH (Weather permitting).

We anticipate that the entire project will be completed within 2 – 3 weeks; however, your unit/building will be completed much sooner. Please be aware that the weather will likely affect our completion schedule.

We realize that this project may disrupt your daily routine, and we will do our best to complete it as quickly as possible so that everyone can enjoy the remainder of the summer.
