Wednesday, November 6th: Good morning!
The crew has completed all of the needed touch ups onsite. This means your project is officially finished! It has been a pleasure working with and for you.
Monday, October 28th: Good afternoon!
Fronts doors and carpentry have been completed. The crew is done with all included areas onsite pending touch ups.
Tuesday, October 22nd: Good morning!
The painting crew has completed all of their work on your project aside from a few front doors. They will return to do the touch ups that are needed. The carpentry crew is still onsite working diligently.
**Front door painting will take place this Saturday, October 26th. Please use the calendar tool above to sign up for an appointment.
Friday, October 18th: Greetings!
The crew will be returning today to begin prepping and painting. Due to the weather we decided to give the substrates one more day to dry out before starting.
Wednesday, October 16th: Good morning!
After pressure washing on Monday, the crew will return to begin prepping and painting tomorrow.

Welcome to your project blog! We are excited to be back onsite with you this fall.
Our crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing in your association on Monday, October 14th. We kindly request that homeowners please close their windows & remove any small personal items from the outside of your home for the pressure washing of windows and hand cleaning of fascia and frames to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing.
Once pressure washing is completed, the substrates will need time to dry and the crew will return to begin prep & painting at a later time. We anticipate the entire project in your association will likely take approximately 7 – 10 business days to complete (weather permitting). We are projecting that preparation & painting work will begin on Thursday, October 17th. Note: Rear elevations will be painted after construction activity is complete
