Cedar Parkway Condos – Minneapolis

Project Complete

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Cedar Parkway Condos. We’re looking forward to being onsite with you!

Thursday, September 19th: Good afternoon!

After yesterday’s rain delay, the crew has resumed their prep and painting at Cedar Parkway! They are also anticipating to wrap up tomorrow as well. Thanks!

Things are looking up! We’re on the cusp of the weekend!

Monday, September 16th: Good morning and happy Monday! Hopefully you don’t encounter too many spritely Packer fans today!

After last week’s rain, the crew is happily back at work. They’re prepping and painting common area railings and deck railings.

Friday, September 13th: Friday the 13th, a full moon, and a Border Battle weekend for our Vikings and Packers — oh my! Have a great weekend!

Thursday, September 12th: Good morning!

We’ve got ourselves another rain delay. The forecast looks on and off rain for the remainder of the day, but clear tomorrow. We’ll update the blog if the surfaces will be dry enough for us to be onsite tomorrow – maybe mid day. Thanks!

A little laugh to brighten this gloomy day.

Wednesday, September 11th: Good afternoon! The crew will not be onsite today due to the rain, but will return as the weather allows. Thank you and stay dry!

Tuesday, September 10th: Greetings!

The crew finished up the pressure washing yesterday and is completing prep work on the exterior and will begin painting as the substrates dry and the weather allows. Thanks!

Friday, September 6th: Good morning!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Cedar Parkway Condos. We are looking forward to being onsite and completing your project!

We’ll begin on Monday, 9/9 with pressure washing of your condo building. We kindly ask that you close your windows in advance of the washing as well as remove any fragile and/or small items from the outside of your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing.

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, we’ll return to begin prepping and finishing of the included surfaces. We are anticipating the project to take about 7-10 working days to complete. You can continue to follow the project here on the blog as we’ll post progress updates and photos and share any weather delays should they come up.

Thanks again for having us and we’re looking forward to begin on site with you!

Hi Jim, Sorry for the delay here. Your hanging planters should be fine, but maybe to be safe you can take it in. Thanks!
