Greetings and welcome to the project blog for your exterior painting project at The Burlington in St. Paul! We are looking forward to being onsite with you!

Welcome Video

Wednesday, October 24th: Greetings and good afternoon!

The crew is taking care of the remaining interior porches today. Then apart from our walk throughs we are complete! We’ve been onsite just over 3 months and we love the updated and new color scheme for your buildings. It has been our pleasure working with and for you this summer. Thanks for your cooperation and patience as we painted the exterior of your buildings and your interior porches.

Monday, October 22nd: Good afternoon residents of the Burlington.

The crew has finished on the 1150 Building and will be completing touch up in the next couple of days. We are also painting in your porches and should have that complete in the next few days.

Friday, October 19th: Hello and TGIF!

It’s another beautiful fall day and the crews are loving the weather!

Our exterior crew is hopeful to wrap up the painting on the 1150 Building. There are also only a few days left of painting in the interior porches.

Have a great weekend!

Smile… because we’re almost done with our painting!

Tuesday, October 16th: Good afternoon!

We are spoiled with another sunny day and it looks like the cheery weather will continue through the end of the week!

We have crews continuing to prep and paint the railings and entry way on the 1150 Building. They are also painting porches on the 1150 and 1180 Buildings. We are anticipating the crew to complete the 1150 Building on or before Friday, 10/19.

Friday, October 12th: We can’t tell you how good it is to write ‘Painting In Progress’ on our blogs today!

After what seems like the the rainiest start of October, we are back in business painting the exterior of the 1150 Building! The crews are prepping and painting the railings at the 1150 Building and they anticipate to be finished with the building on Tuesday, 10/16.

Thanks so much for your patience as Mother Nature decided to put a stop on our progress over the last week. With what looks like clear weather for the next week, our crews are eager to get your project complete. Thanks and have a great weekend!

Thursday, October 11th: Good afternoon!

Is it true?! There is no rain in sight for the next several days!

Though it isn’t raining today, it is still too wet to be applying paint to the exterior of the building. Because the porches are covered, we are good to go on that front! We are hopeful that the crews will resume their regularly scheduled programming. Thanks!

Wednesday, October 10th: Here we are again, deja vu with another rainy day. I suppose we can chalk this one up to Milli Vanilli and their hit ‘Blame it on the Rain.‘ We’re hopeful to resume prep and painting of 1150 tomorrow. Thanks!

Tuesday, October 9th:

Making the most of the recent unfavorable weather! We’ll be back onsite as the weather allows, likely Thursday. Thanks!

We’ve taped off and put paper on the edges to paint your porch interiors.

Monday, October 8th: Good morning! We hope you all had a great weekend!

All of this rain has halted our crew painting the exterior of the 1160 Building. They’ll resume once the weather allows and we anticipate 3 working days for them to wrap up.

We have a crew continuing to paint the interior of your porches. They are painting in the 1170 Building and will then move onto the 1150 Building.

Thanks!

Friday, October 5th:  Hello and TGIF!

This about sums up our mood regarding the recent weather.

The weather has kept our exterior painters from painting at the 1150 Building, but the interior porch crew is back at it today! They are hopeful to get the porches on the 2nd floor of 1170 completed and potentially move onto the 1st floor. Thanks and have a great weekend!

Monday, September 17th: Good morning!

The border battle was a game for the books, but not where either is excited over a win or defeated with a loss. Instead, the green and purple teams ended their first show down of this season in a tie. Missed kicks, defense misses, and penalties piloted the game in a flip flop of emotions. The teams will face each other again on the Sunday after Thanksgiving, in which I’m sure both teams will be all-in to get a W!

The crew are working hard at Burlington to complete sections of the 1150, 1160, and 1180 Buildings.
