FINAL DAY FOR DOOR PAINTING ON SATURDAY 10/17

GREETINGS AND WELCOME TO THE OFFICIAL BLOG FOR THE PAINTING PROJECT AT CLUB WEST. WE ARE THRILLED TO BE ONSITE WITH YOU.

ABOVE IS THE ROUTE WE WILL BE FOLLOWING FOR THE PAINTING PROJECT. 

Tuesday, September 29th: Perhaps you’ve found your way to the blog by way of notices being posted onsite alerting you that the painting project is underway. Welcome! 

This year’s project consists of painting your front doors and frames (including your transom windows and kickplates), entry brackets, utility doors and frames, and your shutters. 

While most of the work will be minimally disruptive to your day to day routines, there is one aspect of the project that will require some participation from homeowners and that is front door painting. Because we like to paint the doors in the open position to ensure a consistent/completed look, we invite residents to either open their door when we come around knocking, OR schedule a specific time to have their door painted. 

We do this by providing you our schedule below. Please take note of what buildings are scheduled for what days, and if you’d like to have to door painted at a specific time when your building is scheduled, you may do so by simply commenting on the blog with your Building Number, Unit Number, and your desired time. It’s that easy! The schedule is updated by 8 AM each morning so you can check to confirm that your appointment has been confirmed.
