We will be taking appointments for resident door painting this week Thursday 3/17, Friday 3/18 and Saturday 3/19. You can sign up for a specific timeframe to be home so we can paint your door in the open position. With the color change, we want to be sure and paint the entire door while it’s open.

Please utilize the calendar above to schedule a date/time convenient for you. Once the doors are painted, we ask that they remain in the open position to dry for a minimum of 1 hour. If doors are closed before 1 hour and touch ups are required to wet paint areas, Roell Painting will not be responsible. If you do not schedule an appointment, management will coordinate access to open units and paint while in the open position.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and participation to get your doors refreshed and painted in the open position.

Please reach out to contacts below with any questions. Thank you!
