Wednesday, June 15th: Greetings!
Your project supervisor, Jesse, came out and marked areas with blue tape in need of touch ups last week. The crew has since performed those touch ups and your project is now officially complete! It has been our pleasure being onsite this summer. Thank you again for having us!
Tuesday, June 7th: Good morning residents of Boulder Village!
As you may have surmised, the crew essentially wrapped things up last week and now it’s just a matter of coordinating schedules so your project supervisor Jesse can come out and mark areas in need of touch up with blue tape. We kindly ask that after the blue tape pieces are put up that residents leave them where they are as they direct the team members to fix accordingly – a playbook of sorts!

The crew will be wrapping up with your project tomorrow morning. Our production manager, Jesse, will come to complete a walk through early next week and mark areas for touch-ups.

We hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend. The crew is back onsite and they are continuing to work diligently on your project.

The crew is onsite and your project is underway! They have started painting the trim and will work their way along the route posted above.

Monday, May 23rd: Greetings Residents of Boulder Village!
Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors.
Our crews will begin pressure washing & performing repairs in your association for the upcoming trim painting project. We are scheduled to begin preparation & painting on the front elevation of homes in the association starting on Thursday, May 26th.
We kindly request that owners & residents please remove any and all small personal belongings from the outside of your front entry way home to allow for safe and unobstructed access for the crew.
This is a large project that will likely take about 10-16 work days (weather will likely impact this schedule) to complete all buildings (however, your individual building will take less time).
Overall, this project will have minimal impact to your daily routine. If you would like project updates, please check back here frequently for the project status, current schedule or weather delays.
