Wednesday, November 13th: Good afternoon!
The crew is continuing to paint sections of the garage today and will likely be wrapping up as well.

Monday, November 11th: Happy Monday!
Lots of happy Golden Gopher fans after their win over Penn State 31- 26. They are now ranked in the AP Top 25 poll as #7!.
Ski-U-Mah!
The crew is back onsite after their pressure washing on Friday. They are beginning to prep the garage — this means like of tape, paper, and plastic to cover piping, edges and around windows etc etc. You get the picture, prep is a crucial part of any paint project. Today they’ll prep and them prime about half of the garage and then tomorrow finish the priming. On Wednesday, they’ll begin painting the top coat.

Friday, November 8th: Hello and TGIF!
The crew is off and running in the garage at Parkview Estates. They are pressure washing the block wall in advance of starting the prep and painting on Monday. Thanks so much and have a great weekend!

Wednesday, November 6th: Greetings and welcome to your project blog! We’ll be getting started on Friday, 11/8 with pressure washing of the block wall in your parking garage.
We’ll let the surface dry over the weekend and then we’ll return on Monday to begin our prep and painting. We will also be stenciling the numbers in the garage.
There is an option for residents to opt-in to having their storage locked painted while we are onsite as well. Please leave your contact info in the ‘Leave a Comment’ section here at the bottom of this blog page. There will also be a physical sign-up onsite at your building.
