Friday, October 19th: Hello and TGIF!
It’s another gorgeous fall day! The crew has wrapped your deck substrates and railings painting project as of this afternoon. We’ll soon be completing a walk through and touch ups to the project items.
Thank you for your patience as the project was extended due to the crazy amount of rain we’ve had in September and at the beginning of October.

Wednesday, October 17th: Greetings residents of Wayzata Villas!
The crew is holding down the fort and continuing to paint the deck railings in Phase III.

Tuesday, October 16th: Good afternoon!
We are spoiled with another sunny day and it looks like the cheery weather will continue through the end of the week!
We’ve got the green light and the crews are back onsite! With the weather finally turning around a bit and the sunshine playing a factor, the crews are picking up where they left off and painting the railings in Phase III.

Monday, October 15th: Good morning and happy Monday!
The crew has completed the wood substrates on your decks in Phase III and will return tomorrow to complete the remainder of the railings. Thanks!
Friday, October 12th: We can’t tell you how good it is to write ‘Painting In Progress’ on our blogs today!
After what seems like the the rainiest start of October, we are back in business at Wayzata Villas! The crew is finishing up Phase II and also beginning prep and painting in Phase III. Thanks so much for your patience as Mother Nature decided to put a stop on our progress over the last week. With what looks like clear weather for the next week, our crews are eager to get your project complete. Thanks and have a great weekend!

Thursday, October 11th: Good afternoon!
Is it true?! There is no rain in sight for the next several days!
Though it isn’t raining, it isn’t dry enough to apply paint. But we are hopeful that we’ll resume our regularly scheduled programming tomorrow. Thanks!
Wednesday, October 10th: Here we are again, deja vu with another rainy day. I suppose we can chalk this one up to Milli Vanilli and their hit ‘Blame it on the Rain.’ We’re hopeful to resume prep and painting of 1160 tomorrow. Thanks!
Monday, October 8th: Hello! We hope you all had a great weekend!
All of this rain has halted our painting at Wayzata Villas. The crew is through Phase II and has the railings remaining in this phase. They’ll then move onto Phase III.
Friday, October 5th: Good afternoon and TGIF!
As the weather allows the crew will resume their prepping and painting of your deck areas – they’ll likely move onto Phase 3 in the mid-late part of next week, weather pending. Thanks and have a great weekend!

The crew is back onsite and in full force. We are making the most of our clear and sunny days to paint your deck components – with the weather tbd for the remainder of the week and weekend, we’ll keep you posted of any further weather delays. Thanks!

The crew started their day prepping and painting in Phase II; however, they’ve stopped due to the rain. Thanks for your patience as we can’t control the weather!

Monday, October 1st: Hello and just like that it’s October! There sure is a crispness to the air and we like it! ‘Tis the season for apple orchards, all things pumpkin, Halloween costumes, and Hocus Pocus. Happy Fall ya’ll!

We had ourselves some Friday fun at the Roell Painting Office this afternoon – Painter Appreciation BBQ, complete with a Dunk Tank!

Thursday, September 27th: Hello!
The crew are cruising through your decks at Wayzata Villas. As of yesterday, their count of completed decks was at 19. They are still working in Phase 1 – we will update you as to when they anticipate to move to Phase 2. Thanks!

The sun is shining and though the air is crisp, the crew has resumed their prep and painting at Wayzata Villas!
They’re prepping and painting deck stack in Phase I of the project.

Tuesday, September 25th: Rain Delay
Monday, September 24th: Hello and good morning! We hope you all had a great weekend. Along with a break from the rain, we even had some sunshine!
The crew is back onsite and beginning their prep and painting of your deck items – balcony railings, deck skirt, deck underside, joists, divider walls, and screen frames where applicable. They are beginning in Phase 1 and once we get through today we’ll have a better estimate as to how long they’ll take in this section before moving onto Phase 2 and we will provide and update here on the blog. Thanks!

Tuesday, September 18th: Rain Delay today. We’ll keep you updated as to when the crew will return and begin their prep and painting in Phase 1. With the forecasted rain for tomorrow and potentially Thursday as well, we likely won’t return to begin our prepping and painting until early next week. We’ll be sure to let you know updates to this projected schedule as we are able. Thanks for your patience!
Monday, September 17th: Good morning!
The border battle was a game for the books, but not where either is excited over a win or defeated with a loss. Instead, the green and purple teams ended their first show down of this season in a tie. Missed kicks, defense misses, and penalties piloted the game in a flip flop of emotions. The teams will face each other again on the Sunday after Thanksgiving, in which I’m sure both teams will be all-in to get a W!
The crew is wrapping up their final stacks of pressure washing. They’ll be done early afternoon and then return to begin their prep /painting.

Thursday, September 13th: Hello!
It’s a big weekend ahead for the Purple People Eaters — the Border Battle vs. Green Bay is on Sunday! The guys in purple are headed to Lambeau to take on the cheese heads of WI.
The crew has started pressure washing today and they’ll continue through tomorrow as well. We’ll return next week to begin prepping and painting – starting in Phase I.
Monday, September 10th: Good afternoon!
The crew is off and running at Wayzata Villas. They are prepping and painting your common area metal railings. We’ll then be pressure washing the included surfaces on Thursday, 9/13. We kindly ask that you remove all items from your decks as it will provide the crew unobstructed access to pressure wash and also prep/paint. Thanks!
