Primrose @ Bailey’s Arbor – Route Map

Tuesday, June 27th: Hello residents of Primrose @ Bailey’s Arbor! We hope you are enjoying your week thus far. We wanted to extend a thank you to you all for your communication, participation, and patience as we completed your project this year. It has been our pleasure working with and for you and we hope you have a great rest of the summer!

Thursday, June 15th: Happy Thursday everyone- it’s going to be a beautiful day!

The crew is working on the west side of the association off of Lilac Ct. and Oak Grove Blvd. We’ll post some pictures as we recieve them from the crew. Though, I didn’t get pictures from the crew, they’ve updated me that they’ll likely finish the project day! So they’re hustling to get the job done– no time for pictures : )

Tuesday, June 13th: We have an NBA Champion- the Golden State Warriors took the title last night. And Kevin Durant won the NBA Finals MVP, scoring at least 30 points each championship round game. Congrats to the Warriors!

The crew is back onsite after we had to end our work day early due to rain yesterday. They’re makingtheir way down the route and working on Building #10511.

Alex and Jorge prep the soffits and siding at Building #10511

Hermes spraying the garage door.

Monday, June 12th: Good afternoon residents of Primrose at Bailey’s Arbor! We hope you all stayed safe and sound during those nasty storms that rolled through town yesterday.

We have a new back-to-back reigning Stanley Cup Champion – the Pittsburgh Penguins! Last night’s game was back and forth with many, many shots on goal and they went almost 3 periods without a score. It was in the last few minutes that Pittsburgh got the puck to bounce in after a shot on goal. The Predators couldn’t align their players to score in the final minute and Pittsburgh ended up scoring into an empty net.  And now the 2016-2017 season has come to a close…we await on the NBA Finals results as Golden State (3-1) plays at home against Cleveland.

The crew continues to prep and paint the designated buildings.

Roberto paints the soffits and trim.

Santiago and Alex tape and prep the front elevation and garage.

Thursday, June 8th: Greetings and happy Thursday! It was exciting night last night for the Golden State Warriors and unfortunately a heartbreaking night for Cavaliers as Golden State brought their team to a 3-0 lead in the finals. Game 4 will be played tomorrow night in Cleveland and we can’t predict the future, but we’d say it’s a safe bet that Golden State has it in the bag.

Prepping and spraying continue at Primrose @ Bailey’s Arbor.

First, Santiago tapes off the bottom of the siding.

Second, Hermes sprays the siding.

Roberto preps the front entry windows before spraying.

Wednesday, June 7th: Hello! Today would have made Prince 59 years old; however, he wasn’t one to celebrate birthdays. In a 1999 Dutch TV interview, Prince thoughtfully explained that choosing not to celebrate one’s birthday stops him from counting days and then stops him from counting time and allows him to remain young. It’s an interesting perspective- choose to celebrate his birthday if you wish, maybe blast Purple Rain or don a Raspberry Beret.

The crew is beginning the prep work before painting- this includes taping off areas, covering windows, priming, and caulking. Thorough prep is crucial for a smooth and clean finish!

Alex and Roberto prep 10595 Hawthorn Trail for spraying.

Hermes preps the garage door frame.

Tuesday, June 6th: Good afternoon residenst of Primrose at Bailey’s Arbor! Another beautiful day! For all the hockey fans out there, we’ve got ourselves quite the match up. The Nashville Predators won 2 in a row at home against the Pittsburgh Penguins to tie the score to 2-2. Up next, the teams will face-off on Thursday in Pittsburgh. They’ll alternate home ice for games 5, 6, and potentially 7. In NBA Finals news, the Golden State Warriors are up 2-0 in the series and the teams will face off on Wednesday in Cleveland. 4 wins will take the championship!

The crew is continuing to make their way around the association and pressure wash the designated buildings.

Hermes sprays the front entry way.

Alex could probably moonlight in a Circus’ Balancing Act!

Monday, June 5th: Happy Monday! We hope you all enjoyed the beautiful weather we had this weekend!

The crew is off and running! They’ve started pressure washing in the northwest corner of the association and will follow the route shown above in pink. We are excited to be onsite and look forward to working with and for you!
