Apologies for the late notice, but we had several doors sign up for previous sections painted and we won’t be going back to those phases to paint. We will reschedule a date for doors in Buildings 22- 30. Thank you.

We hope you all had a great weekend. Thank you to everyone who had signed up for door painting. We’ll be returning this Friday and Saturday for our final attempts to paint your door in the open position. Please sign up for a window of time to be home, open your door, and allow it to remain open for 2.5 hours to dry. Thank you!
Monday, August 16th: Greetings!
The crew will return at the end of this week – Friday 8/20 and Saturday 8/21 to paint the doors — BLUE 19-30 and RED 1-7.

Friday, July 23rd: Good morning!
The crew is out at Meadows of Bloomfield and the door painting process is underway. They will be making their way around Buildings 1-6 painting doors with appointments and also knocking on doors nearby to paint. If you are home, kindly open your door for it to be painted. They will be onsite painting doors tomorrow as well.
Thursday, July 22nd: Greetings!
The crew is continuing to work on Building 21 today. They are painting the louvers and shutters on this building.
Tomorrow the crew will begin door painting at Buildings 1-6 (in blue on the map). Continue using the calendar tool located above to schedule an appointment to have your door painted if you are in these Buildings.
Wednesday, July 21st: Good afternoon!
The crew has made their way back to Buildings 20 and 21. They are painting the louvers and other high surfaces that they needed the 40-foot ladder to reach.
Tuesday, July 20th: Greetings!
The crew is currently working on Building 18 this morning. They are painting the exterior shutters and side door on this building. You can see this in the photos below!
Monday, July 19th: Good morning!
The crew is onsite this morning and they are continuing to work through the route to paint the louvers. They will begin front door painting this Friday, 7/23. You can sign up for an appointment using the calendar tool located above. Please only sign up for an appointment this week if you are in Buildings 1-6.
Thursday, July 15th: Greetings!
The crew is back onsite after yesterday’s rain delay. They are on the last set of buildings (22-30) and are painting the corbels. They have also circled back to Building 1 and will be going through the route again to paint the louvers. They needed a 40-foot ladder to complete this so that is why they did not paint them when they went around the first time
**Update** The crew will be onsite next Friday, 7/23 and Saturday, 7/24 to start painting the front doors. We will only be painting the front doors at Buildings 1-6 (in blue on the map) and Buildings 1-6 (in red on the map) next week. The crew will then return in two weeks to paint the front doors at the remaining buildings.

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors. Our crew will be kicking off on Wednesday, 6/16 with prepping and painting on the first building.
This is a large project that will likely take about 4-6 weeks to complete all buildings. At a later time, we will be posting a notice regarding the painting of the front doors. This task will require the participation of each resident to paint the front doors in the open position. We will be providing information on this in the coming weeks.
Overall this project will have MINIMAL impact on your daily routine. In order to access the most current project information, check back here frequently to view any posted weather delays or other scheduling updates.
