Wednesday, September 21st: Greetings!

Our crews have completed the painting, and our production team will be onsite next week to do the final walkthrough. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked to complete your project. We hope you enjoy the fresh new look of your exteriors as we transition into fall!

Tuesday, September 13th: Good afternoon residents of Diamond Path! We hope you are enjoying an absolutely pristine late summer day! The team has begun prep on the final building in this year’s project – 14601-14613. Though there is some weather in the forecast for the latter part of the week, we are on track to finish the bulk of the painting by the end of the week. If Mother Nature behaves like she has most years, we anticipate there are about 39 days left in exterior painting season which gives us plenty of time to inspect the work and identify and perform touchups as needed – all of which is standard operating procedure on projects this size.

Anytime you have siding that is aging, priming with an adhesion primer is an effective way to slow the proliferation of peeling. While the age of the siding makes full prevention virtually impossible, this application and system can extend the useful life cycle of aged siding.

Crews will be onsite today finishing up with painting building 10. They will be back on Monday 8/29 to start prepping building 11.

Monday, August 22nd: Good Afternoon!

The crews are keeping busy as they continue painting buildings 9 & 10. The crew will begin prep work at building 11 tomorrow 8/23.

It’s amazing what a fresh coat of paint can do!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Diamond Path in Apple Valley!

For your project, we’ll be prepping and painting your siding, soffits, fascia/trim, chimney stacks, gas/electric meters, bollard posts, front entry railings & posts, rear deck railings, skirts, support posts, and latticework, wood windows/trim, front door frames, garage door frames, service doors/frames, and patio door frames, exterior screen frames, and pergolas… most of your paintable exterior surfaces.

Our crew will soon begin pressure washing and performing carpentry repairs in your association. We will start pressure washing on Monday, August 8th.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
