Thursday, June 18th: Good Morning!

The crew is finishing on Buildings 8 and 9 today! The walk through will be scheduled soon and then we will complete our final touch ups as well once the blue tape is marked. 

Wednesday, June 17th: Greetings!

The crews are prepping and painting at Buildings 8 and 9 today and  will be completing touch ups on Friday. We should be all wrapped up by Friday!

Tuesday, June 16th: Good afternoon! 

It’s a hot one folks! Stay cool & stay hydrated!

The crew is finishing up on Buildings 6 and 7 today and they are also starting their prep on Building 8. Will post photos when we get them from the crew – thanks!

The crew is prepping and painting at Buildings 6 and 7.

Buildings 5 and 6 are in progress today and also pressure washing the last two buildings.

Wednesday, June 10th: Good afternoon! 

The rain has cleared and the surfaces have dried out. We are back onsite! 

The carpenters are working at Building 7 and then crews are painting on Building 6. They are also completing touch ups on the 3 and 4th Buildings. Thanks!

Tuesday, June 9th: Greetings! 

Busy day for our crew! They are wrapping up on Buildings 4 and 5 today and will also begin on Building 6. They are washing Buildings 7 and 8 too. 

With the impending afternoon rain, they’ll likely have to press pause and will return as they’re able. Thanks!

Monday, June 8th: Good afternoon! 

It’s a HOT one out there!

The crews are prepping and painting at Buildings 4 and 5 today. They will start on 6 tomorrow as well as pressure wash Buildings 7 and 8.

Friday, June 5th: Greetings and happy Friday! 

The crew is prepping and painting at both 3 and 4 today. They are planning to start on 5 either tomorrow or Monday. Thanks!

Thursday, June 4th: Good afternoon! 

The crew is finishing up on Buildings 1 and 2 today. They will also be starting their prep work on both Buildings 3 and 4 as well as finishing the pressure washing on 5 and 6 — busy day!

We are prepping and painting at Buildings 1 & 2 today and also washing 3 & 4. Tomorrow we will pressure washing 5 & 6.

Monday, June 1st: Good afternoon! 

The crew is onsite and prepping and painting at Building #1 today. We will also be washing more buildings this week — 3/4 on Tuesday, 6/2 and 5/6 on Wednesday, 6/3. Thank you!

Friday, May 29th: Greetings and Happy Friday! 

The crew is onsite and pressure washing Buildings 1 & 2 today. They will return on Monday, June 1st to begin their prep and painting at Building 1 – thanks!

Wednesday, May 27th: Good afternoon! 

Welcome to your project blog for the painting project at Rice Lake Woods. The crew we be onsite on Friday, May 29th to start with pressure washing of Building #1 and #2. We kindly ask that you remove any small or personal items from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. 

Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing of the included areas of your home: siding, soffits, misc. fascia, front support brackets, deck posts/skirts, wood deck railings/spindles, front door frames, garage doors/frames, and previously painted patio door frames. 

We are projecting to be back and start at the first building on Monday, June 1st. This is a large project that will likely take about a month to complete all of the buildings. 

We will soon post a project finishing schedule so you can know when to anticipate painting at your building. We will be updating this blog site frequently with progress, photos, and any changes to the schedule or weather delays should they come up!
