Tuesday, May 28th: Greetings!

We hope everyone had a great weekend. Unfortunately due to the yesterday and this morning the crew will not be onsite working today.

Wednesday, May 22nd: Good morning!

The crew will return today to keep working on 1st – 4th floor balcony railings.

Tomorrow we will begin knocking on those select 4th floor units to go through unit to access – these include 401, 403, 405, 406, 407, 409, 411, 413. On Friday 6/24 and Tuesday 6/28 we will knock and gain access from building staff for 5th floor units. And on Wednesday 6/29 we will knock and gain access from building staff for 6th floor units.

Working hours would be between 8:30am – 5pm and the crew will plan to knock on doors as well. We will also likely set some make up dates next week as well for those unable to paint on these scheduled dated and/or if there’s weather delays.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation to get all of your balcony railings painted.

Monday, May 20th: Greetings!

We are pressing pause today and will not be onsite because of the overnight rains. The crew will resume tomorrow.

We are through the courtyard and will be making our way around the south west corner towards the north and finish up in the next few days.

We are working to coordinate unit access for all 5th floor and 6th floor balconies. We will also need access for 4th floor balconies on the East Side & South Side units. Stay tuned for more details. Thanks!

Monday, May 6th: Good morning!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming balcony railing painting project. We’ll be getting started a week from today on Monday, May 13th.

We’ll begin at Door 1 on the NE corner of the building and working our way clockwise around the building, as shown above on the Route Map.

We kindly ask you to remove any personal items from on the railings and any personal items away from the railings so the crew has unobstructed access.

We’ll be reaching most of the units by ladder from the exterior. We will however, be accessing the units on the 5th and 6th floors through your unit door which will be coordinated with an onsite person from your building. We appreciate your coordination and collaboration in advance!

We will complete the 5th and 6th floor railings last. We will soon post here and at your door the days we are hoping to complete these units – likely for 2-4 days and you would be able to request a morning or afternoon slot to be home and open the door or we will coordinate access with Lisa or Dale.

This project blog will be used as a communication tool to relay pertinent project information regarding start dates, photos of progress, and updates to the finishing schedule. We are excited to be a part of your painting project.
