Stayed tuned for information and the crew to return to paint your front doors. There will be a calendar posted here on the blog where you can sign up for an appointment once the dates are set for front door painting.
Friday, July 16th: Greetings!
Apologies for the delay in updates here. The crew has wrapped up their painting at Trailhead at Jeffers Pond. Our project supervisor Jesse will be stopping out to walk the project and mark any areas needing touch-ups. The crew will then return to complete the touch-ups in the next week or so. Thanks again for having us and we hope you’re enjoying the refreshed areas!

Thursday, June 24th: Good morning!
A good, durable paint application involves not only spraying but back rolling. This ensures that the coating being applied gets “worked in” to underlying substrates. Which you can see José doing in the picture below!
Wednesday, June 23rd: Good afternoon!
The crew is back onsite today and has started prepping at Building 1. They will begin to paint some areas on Building 1 later today as well.
Monday, June 21st: Good morning & happy project start day!
The crew is off and running at Trailhead at Jeffers Pond today and the pressure washer is ready to roll! They have started washing at Building 1 and will make their way to Buildings 2 and 3 by the end of the day.
Friday, June 18th: Greetings Residents of Trailhead at Jeffers Pond!
Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors.
For this year’s project, we will be prepping and painting select areas of your exterior – siding, fascia, misc. trim, front doors, front door frames (including sidelights where applicable), and garage door frames.
We have a crew that will be kicking off with pressure washing on Monday, 6/21 which will likely take the crew 1-2 days to complete.
We ask that you please remove any personal belongings from the outside of your home to allow for safe & unobstructed access to these areas for the washing.
Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will be back to start prepping and painting the exterior of your building. We are projecting this prepping & finishing of the first building to start on Wednesday, 6/23.
This is a large project that will take about 3-4 weeks to complete the 3 buildings. However, each individual building will take less time.
The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have to your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions.
We are looking forward to getting started next week!
