Parkview of Huset Park – Columbia Heights

Thursday, July 3rd: The association gave approval to add in all the entry trim & gable louvers. The crew will be prepping front door frames & start filling, priming any entry headers along with the entry pillars that are already in progress. This will add some additional time to the project, but we are making sure we work to complete the job in a quality and efficient way.

Wednesday, June 25th: Work was postponed today, due to the rain. The crew is working on pillars from units 8-11 on the map. The window headers have been completed from units 1-15 & now they are working on units 16-30. The crew estimates they will complete project within a week, assuming no more major weather delays!

Friday, June 20th: Hello all! Lots of progress was made this week. The crew has made great strides and is already working on Building section #3. Below are some photos of the painting. Stay tuned for more updates next week!

Monday, June 16th: Hello and welcome to project start day. We’re starting the project today and are hoping to make progress before severe weather makes its appearance in the Twin Cities today. Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Parkview of Huset Park. We are thrilled to be working with and for you this summer! below is a map of the association that is marked with numbers to better inform you of the project progress.

Please be advised that our crews will soon begin preparation for the upcoming painting project slated to be completed within your community. We are projecting that preparation and painting tasks will start on:

MONDAY, JUNE 16th

We kindly request that each homeowner be aware of wet paint when entering / exiting their units. Roell Painting Company will not be responsible for any damages if paint gets on your clothes or personal items. The included scope of work for our company will take about 6 – 8 working days to complete the included front entry pillars and window keystone headers. Please be mindful that weather may alter this finishing schedule. You can keep updated on the progress here on the blog. Overall, this project will have minimal impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly with minimal disturbance.
