Wild Meadows HOA – Prior Lake

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming project at Wild Meadows.  We are thrilled to be working with and for you!

Monday, May 4th: We are back onsite this morning and will are wrapping up the project in the next day. Final touch-ups will occur once a final walk happens but this will be the last update.

Thursday, April 30th: Good morning, all! Here are some photos of our prep and painting that is in progress from yesterday. 

Wednesday, April 29th: Hello all – we’re onsite today to begin our work to prep the building for painting. Will try to get you some progress photos as the project starts to take shape!

Tuesday, April 28th: Good afternoon – we will be back tomorrow to resume work as today the temperatures were cold and we needed additional time for surfaces to dry out!

Monday, April 27th: Good morning – a wet start to the week will not allow us to work toady. We’re not sure if we will begin tomorrow but we have our eyes on the forecast. In the meantime, enjoy the spring greenery and flowers that are blooming everywhere!

Thursday, April 23rd: Good morning – today the crew began the preparation phase of the project – here are some shots before we got started. As we’re experiencing rain this afternoon we may have to cease work if the rain gets too strong:

Check back tomorrow for more updates and/if we will be rain delayed. It seems that we will likely be rain delayed and not painting until Monday, April 27th.

Monday, April 20th: Hello residents – unfortunately, the pressure washing did not start as planned on Friday and has extended the start date to today. We apologize for the inconvenience of having to remove items off your front and deck areas again. Carpentry has started today. Thanks for your patience. We are hoping that pressure washing will be finished by the end of Tuesday.

Friday, April 17th: Good morning! We have started pressure washing today. We did receive some extra help from the thunderstorms that rolled through the area this morning. Thank you so much for moving your items away to allow access for the washing to occur!

We will provide an update on Monday, April 20th but we expect to wrap up the washing today. In the meantime, have a great weekend and try to stay warm!

Tuesday, April 14th: Greetings Residents of Wild Meadows!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming carpentry & painting project.  We are looking forward to getting started on Friday.

Please be advised that our crews will soon begin pressure washing on Friday, April 17th.  We kindly request that each resident please remove cars from driveways and all small personal items & furniture from your front and deck areas to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the crew when washing.  You may return items once washing is complete; however, the contents will need to be cleared once again when the painting begins. 

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin carpentry repairs, prepping and finishing the included building painting.  We are projecting for the carpentry tasks to begin at the first building on Wednesday, April 22nd.

We anticipate the included scope of work on your group of buildings will take 7 – 10 days to finish and kindly request that each homeowner be aware of wet paint when entering or exiting their unit.  Roell Painting Company will not be responsible for any damages if paint gets on your personal belongings.
