Waterford Place – Blaine 

Greetings and welcome to the blog for the upcoming project at Waterford Place in Blaine! We are excited to be onsite working with and for you this year!

Thursday, September 26th: Good afternoon!

The crew was onsite on Tuesday to complete all of the touch ups for your project.  This means we are officially done!  It has been pleasure working with and for you.

Tuesday, September 24th: Good morning!

Your project is almost complete!  The crew will be onsite today to work on the touch ups that were marked. 

Friday, September 20th: Greetings!

Happy Friday!  The crew is onsite working diligently on your project.  They will wrap things up today with all of the buildings.  A project manager will then do a walkthrough in the coming days to mark any areas in need of touch ups.  Have a great weekend!

Wednesday, September 18th: Good afternoon!

The crew has made their way to the last building in Section F.  They plan to finish things up on Friday this week.

Friday, September 13th: Greetings!

The crew is onsite this beautiful Friday!  They are continuing to work on prepping and painting Section F.

The crew is continuing to make great progress on your project.  They are now prepping and painting Section F.

Tuesday, September 3rd: Good morning!

We hope everyone had a great Labor Day Weekend!  The crew is onsite continuing to prep and paint in Section E.  They will also be pressure washing Section F today.

Wednesday, August 28th: Good afternoon!

The crew will not be onsite today due to the weather.  They will return when the substrates have had adequate time to dry out.

Monday, August 26th: Greetings!

We hope everyone had a great weekend.  The crew has wrapped up with Section D, pending touch ups, and are picking up where they left off on Section E.

The crew is continuing to make great progress on your project.  They are working on Sections D & E.

Due to the weather the crew will not be onsite today.  We hope everyone has a great weekend!

Monday, August 12th: Good afternoon!

The crew is onsite continuing to work diligently on Section D.  Sections A, B & C are mostly finished but we will still complete a walk through to mark any areas in need of touch ups.  The crew will then return to these sections to complete those.  Carpentry repairs will begin tomorrow, August 13th.  Section E will be pressure washed on Wednesday, August 14th.  The crew will then return to this section next week to begin painting.

We apologize for the delay in updates but rest assured the crew has been working diligently on your project.  They have been making great progress on Section C and began working on Section D yesterday!

Monday, July 22nd: Greetings!

The crew that has been working on Section B has wrapped things up!  The crew who has been working on Section C is continuing to work their way around the route.

Thursday, July 18th: Good afternoon!

The crew is continuing to work diligently on your project.  Today they are picking up where they left off yesterday with prepping and painting.

The crew is back onsite and has moved on to section B.  Today they will be starting the prep work.

The villas (A1-A13) have been completed by our crew. We will be returning to start section B when weather permits.

We hope everyone had an amazing 4th of July weekend! Our crew is back onsite today working on prepping and cleaning Building A9.

Due to the unfortunate poor weather our crew is unable to preform work onsite today. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and we hope to be back onsite as soon as we can, weather permitting of course. 

Monday, July 1st: Greetings!

Your project is now underway! Our crew is onsite this morning hand cleaning the villas labeled A1-A13 on the map above. Once we have made it through all the A villas, we will move onto pressure washing unites in the B group. This date is anticipated to be July 8th. 

Monday, June 24th: Good morning!

Due to recent weather conditions our start date has been pushed back to the week of July 1st. We are also working around the seal coat schedule, therefore we will be working on a different side of the property than those workers. We appreciate your patience!  

Monday, June 17th: Greetings residents!

Welcome to the project blog for your upcoming project! This project blog will be used as a communication tool to relay pertinent project information regarding start dates, photos of progress, and updates to the finishing schedule.

Our crew is scheduled to be onsite next week to start pressure washing. During that time we kindly request that you please remove all personal items and small items from the outside of your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing.  Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to their place.

Due to other work being completed onsite, the route we will be following is still TBD. Check back here for updates on the route we will be taking to pressure wash. 

Once pressure washing is completed, we will be returning July 1st to start staining. This route will also be updated as soon as possible.
