Thursday, June 15th: Hello residents of Timber Creek and welcome to your project blog! This summer we’ll be finishing numerous areas throughout your association: deck trim on the front and rear elevations of your home including rear elevation deck pillars, deck skirts, and entry risers and skirts only.

We’ll begin with pressure washing on Friday, June 15th. Once the surfaces have had time to dry, we’ll be back onsite to begin the prepping and painting portion of the project. We’ll be posting a route map to designate the route our crew will follow when completing your buildings- this will allow you to know when we’ll be at your unit. We anticipate the entire project to take 8-12 working days, weather permitting. And we are tentatively planning to begin prepping and painting on the first building on Monday, June 18th.

Thanks so much and we’ll see you tomorrow for pressure washing!
