Monday, June 21st: Greetings Residents of Summit Shores!
Welcome to your project blog up the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors.
For this year’s project, we will be prepping and finishing newly installed resident deck rails, spindles, fencing, skirts, and support pillars. As well as select garage doors and select utility meter baseboards.
We have a crew that will be kicking off with pressure washing on Wednesday, 6/23. We ask that you please remove any personal belongings from the outside of your home to allow for safe & unobstructed access to these areas for washing.
Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will be back to start prepping and painting the exterior of your building. We are projecting this prepping & finishing of the first building to start on Friday, 6/25.
The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions.
We are looking forward to getting started this week.
