We apologize for the slight delay in updates but we return with great news! The crew has completed the touchups which means your project is officially complete. Thank you for allowing us to work with and for you this year!
Friday, June 30th: Happy Friday!
We have great news on your project! The crew wrapped things up onsite yesterday. A project manager will come to do a walk through and mark any areas in need of touch ups in the next week or so. Then our crew will return to complete the touch ups and your project will be officially completed!

We are happy to report that the crew is back onsite today after the rain delay. They are beginning the prep work on Building 4.
Monday, June 26th: Good morning!
Our plans to start Building 4 today have been corrupted by the poor weather. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have on your schedule. We hope to be back onsite tomorrow!
Thursday, June 22nd: Greetings!
The crew is continuing to work on Building 1 today and will be working on this building the rest of the week. On Monday they will start prepping and painting Building 4. The crew plans to finish your project by the end of next week.

The crew has been continuing to work their way through your project. Today they will be finishing up with Building 3 as well as begin the caulking on Building 1. Tomorrow they will return to start the prep and painting process on Building 1.

We apologize for the delay in updates on your project. The crew will begin painting the buildings on Monday, June 12th.
Thursday, June 1st: Good morning!
Our crew will be onsite today to get your project started! We will use today to start pressure washing the buildings. Once pressure washing has fully dried (a few days) we will return onsite to start prepping and finishing.

Welcome to your project blog for this summer’s painting project at Lewis Ridge Townhomes in Edina. For your project we’ll be finishing 15 units (4 Buildings).
We will tentatively get started by beginning pressure washing on Thursday, May31st.
We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove any small personal items from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing.
We’ll soon post a projected finishing schedule – including pressure washing start dates and also prep and painting start dates for each building.
You can continue to follow the project progress here as we’ll post frequent updates, share progress photos, and have some fun!
