Monday, October 23rd: Good morning and Happy Monday! We hope you all had a great weekend! 

Some big news was released yesterday regarding the Super Bowl and the Halftime performance… the one and only Justin Timberlake will be performing!

Halftime?!

In other great news, your crew will be wrapping up at Beechwood today. They’re taking care of various touch ups across the buildings. Thank you again for having us at your association and we hope you have a great rest of the year!!

Friday, October 20th: Hello and Happy Friday! 

What a beautiful day and week it’s been with temperatures in the 70s- we can’t complain! We hope you all have a great weekend and can get enjoy the weather! 

The crew is wrapping up on Building 11240 today and then we’ll complete a walk through and touchs up in the early part of next week! Thank you so much for having us onsite. It has been our pleasure sprucing up your association!

Thursday, October 19th: The NBA tipped off their regular season games on Tuesday and the Timberwolves had their first game in San Antonio last night. Though they couldn’t pull off a win, they’re hopeful to show off at the Target Center for their home-opener on Friday against the Utah Jazz. 

The crew is prepping, priming, and spraying sections of the last Building, 11240 and they are hoping with continued clear weather to wrap up on Monday.

Tuesday, October 17th: Hello and Happy Tuesday! Minneapolis-St. Paul Magazine’s Restaurant Week kicked off on Sunday and will run through Friday. The participating restaurants have options for 2-course lunches and 3-course dinners between $10 and $35 dollars. Reservations book quickly, but the week is intended to pomote trying some of the new and trendy restaurants around town on a friendly budget. Check out the link for the complete restaurant list.

The crew is continuing with prep, priming, and painting of the 11240 Building.

Monday, October 16th: Good morning residents of Beechside. We hope you all had a great weekend- how about that Vikings win?! 

Looks like we have some great weather ahead this week. The crew has starting prepping and priming on the last Building- 11240. They plan to finish it up by the end of the week!

Prep work and then priming is underway on the West side of the 11240 Building.


Friday, October 13th: TGIF and Happy Friday the 13th!

The border battle showdown is this Sunday at U.S. Bank Stadium. The Packers are in town to take on our Purple People Eaters. Skol Vikes!

The crew is wrapping up building 11230 today and will finish 11220 tomorrow, weather pending. Building 11240 will start next week then!

Thursday, October 12th: It’s official, the Timberwolves agreed to a multi-year contract extension with Andrew Wiggins. We can’t wait to see what Wiggins will continue to do for the Timberwolves over the next few seasons. Preseason is underway and the regular season will commence on 10/18 in San Antonio against The Spurs. 

The crew is wrapping up on 11220 & 11230 and should be done by Saturday. They’ll then start on the final Building, 11240.

Wednesday, October 11th:  Good afternoon residents of Beechwood! 

The crew is about half way complete on 11220 and 11230. They’ll then move onto the backside of the buildings either this afternoon or tomorrow. The building will be complete by the end of the week and then they’ll move to the final building, 11240. We anticipate to complete the project by the end of next week. If you notice blue tape on your buildings, please do not remove it as it designates an area for touch up. Thanks!

Tuesday, October 10th: Though the Vikings game wasn’t anything to write home about, they did come out with a field goal to win the game. Moving on to the next task– Green Bay on Sunday at US Bank Stadium. Let’s hope for a productive week of practice!

The crew is continuing on Buildings 11220 and 11230. The crew will be wrapping up on 11230 today and tomorrow.Thanks! We’re anticipating 10-12 working days left at Beechwood.

Monday, October 9th: Good afternoon Beechwood. We hope you all had a great weekend! We’re gearing up to watch Monday Night Football as the Vikings take on the Bears in Chicago! Go Vikes!

The crew is continuing on the 11220 and 11230 Buildings with prime and painting.

Thursday, October 5th: The MN Lynx have done it again! They’ve won the WNBA Championship and this is their 4th title win in the last 7 years. The parade and celebrations are being held outside of Williams Area on the UMN campus in Minneapolis at 6:30pm tonight. 

We are holding steady on 11220 and 11230. There is some rain forecasted for tomorrow afternoon and also for Saturday morning. We’ll keep you updated on any delays. Thanks!


Wednesday, October 4th: Hello and Happy Wednesday! 

If we may borrow a line from Johnny Nash’s hit song, “I can see clearly now the rain is gone.” Quite literally, the clouds have cleared and we have a sunshiney day!

The crew is back in full force and continuing their painting on the 11220 and 11230.

Tuesday, October 3rd: Good afternoon residents of Beechwood. We had hoped the surfaces would have time to dry out and we’d be onsite this afternoon, but we did get quite a bit of rain. With that said, it looks like we are in the clear for the rest of today and tomorrow with rain and the crew will be back onsite tomorrow. Thanks!


Monday, October 2nd: Good morning and Happy October! We hope you all had a great weekend. 

With all of the rain last night and today, the crew will not be onsite today. We are hopeful that the forecasted rain for tomorrow is brief and that the crew can potentially work in the afternoon. Stay tuned on the blog for specific details. Thanks! 


Friday, September 29th: TGIF! Lots happening around the Twin Cities this weekend and a major road closure as well- 35W will be closed from Friday at 10pm to Monday at 5am from Crosstown 62 to Downtown. Check into alternate routes if you’re headed into downtown this weekend for the Twins, Gopher, Wild or Vikings games or to watch the Marathon on Sunday. Along with lots of sporting events there are plenty of Fall-themed activities- the Renaissance Fair, Sever’s Corn Maze, or Valley Scare to name a few. The Parade of Homes is also running this weekend as well. 

The crew at Beechwood is finished with Building 11210 and beginning their prep and priming of Building 11230. Building 11200 should also wrap up by day’s end and then that crew will start on Building 11220 on Monday. Thanks and have a great weekend!

Thursday, September 28th: It’s a great day to be a Twins fan!! The MN Twins clinched the second wild-card spot last night when the Chicago White Sox beat the Los Angeles Angels. The players had quite an evening of celebrating in their club house complete with champagne showers and lots of smiles. The team will travel to play either the Yankees or the Red Sox on Tuesday! 

The crew on Building 11200 is tentatively scheduled to finish tomorrow and the prep, priming, and painting continues on Building 11210.

Wednesday, September 27th: Good morning! Clear and sunny skies and our painters couldn’t be happier for a full day’s work @ Beechwood. 

They’re continuing on Buildings 11200 and 11210 with prepping, priming, and painting.

Tuesday, September 26th: Hello and good morning residents of Beechwood! We’ve got another wet start to the day. The crew will tackle pressure washing the last 2 buildings today (11230 & 11240). We’re hopful tomorrow will be drier and allow the crew to finish painting on the 11200 Building and also begin prep and painting on the 11210 & 11220 Buildings this week.

Monday, September 25th: Good morning and Happy Monday! We hope you all enjoyed the hot and sunny weekend weather! With all the rain today, the crew will not be onsite and will return when the substrates have had ample time to dry out- we’ll keep you posted as to when this will be! 

The crew will be pressure washing the last 2 buildings (11230 & 11240) tomorrow 9/26. We ask that you please close your windows and remove any small personal belongings from the outside of your home. They’ll then begin prepping and painting on those Buildings the following week on Tuesday, 10/3. Thanks! 


Friday, September 22nd: TGIF and Happy First Day of Fall, although with the 90 degree heat wave, Minnesota clearly did not get the memo. Regardless, we can all enjoy the warmer weather today and this weekend! ‘Tis the season of The Renaissance Festival, Sever’s Corn Maze and various apple orchards throughout the metro area if you’re searching for weekend activities. 

The crew at Beechwood is remaining strong on Building 11200 and will begin 11210 and 11220 mid-late next week.

The Beechwood crew is completing the pressure washing of the 11220 Building. They’re also continuing to prime and paint on the 11200 Building.

Wednesday, September 20th: Good afternoon and Happy Hump Day!

The crew is prepping and painting on the 11200 Building and will be pressure washing the 11210 Building this afternoon- we had some of the crew completing touch ups at a different project this morning.

Tuesday, September 19th: Good afternoon! We sure like today’s weather better than yesterday’s rain! 

The crew is continuing their painting on the 11190 Building. They’ll be pressure washing the 11210 Building on Wednesday and will then begin prep and painting on Friday, 9/22. They’ll also pressure wash the 11220 Building on Friday and will then begin prep and painting on Tuesday, 9/22. During the pressure washing, we kindly ask that you close your windows and remove small belongings from the outside of your homes. Note- it’s not necessary to clear the contents of your deck. Thanks! 


Monday, September 18th: Good morning residents of Beechwood. We hope you all had a great weekend!

The crew is onsite this morning continuing to prep and paint on 11190 as much as they can before the rain starts. The rest of the week’s weather looks variable with potential rain in the mix. We’ll keep you posted on weather delays. Thanks!


Friday, September 15th: TGIF! We’ve had such a beautiful week of warm and clear weather and also a productive week painting your buildings at Beechwood. 

The crews are continuing on 11180 today and will finish the building tomorrow. They’re also continuing to paint on 11190.

Thursday, September 14th: It’s quite the heat wave Minnesota! Though we can’t really complain about the gorgeous weather while it’s still here and before Mother Nature throws fall and…winter at us.

The crew is continuing to paint on 11180 and should finish tomorrow. They’re also prepping and painting on 11190.

Wednesday, September 13th: From one team to the next, the Gophers are gearing up for Saturday’s game vs. Middle Tennessee @ TCF Bank Stadium. Coach P.J. Fleck presented Goldy the Gopher with an early birthday present… check out the video to see the Gophers new helmets. We dig them! 

The crew at Beechwood is painting on 11180 today and tomorrow and will finish tomorrow as well. They’re also beginning their prep work and priming on the 11190 Buildings.

Tuesday, September 12th: The Vikings got their first win last night, with a 29-19 victory over the New Orleans Saints. Next up, they’ll travel to Pittsburgh – bring it on!

The crew is hopeful to finish on Building 1 today and begin Building 3 this afternoon. Building 2 should be completed by Friday as well. 

Building 11170 will finish up this afternoon. 

The crew paints the shutters on 11170 before it’s complete. 


Monday, September 11th: We wanted to take a moment to reflect and remember the victims who lost their lives and also honor all of the heros from September 11th 2001. 

It’s an exciting day in MN sports as the Vikings kick off the regular season at U.S. Bank Stadium as they take on the New Orleans Saints at 6pm. The Vikings will honor Randy Moss as he’s inducted into the Viking’s Ring of Honor during the pre-game. Also, Adrian Peterson will make his appearance as a Saint’s RB and face off against his previous team. SKOL VIKINGS!

The crew is continuing to paint on 11170 and 11180. They’re also pressure washing buildings 3 & 4 today. 


Sunday, September 10th: Just a quick update: We’ll be pressure washing Buildings 3 & 4 (11190, 11200) tomorrow, 9/11. Please remove all small and personal belongings from the exterior of your home. Note- you do not need to remove the contents from your deck. Once the substrates have had time to dry, we’ll be back to begin prepping and finishing the exterior of your buildings on Wednesday, 9/13. Thanks!


Friday, September 8th: TGIF! Though the weather has turned a bit cooler, we are not short on outdoor weekend activities. Here are some suggestions for getting out and about and soaking up the weekend weather: Greek Fest near Calhoun, James J. Hill Days in Wayzata, and the NE Food Truck Rally at Able Seedhouse and Brewery. We hope you all have a great weekend! 

The crew is continuing to prime areas for painting on the 11170 and 11180 Buildings. They’ll then begin painting the siding and window bump out color. Depending on how much they get done, they may start painting the trim as well. 


Wednesday, September 6th: Greetings residents of Beechwood! 

The crew is continuing to prep and paint on the first building, 11170 Sand Castle Drive. We appreciate your patience as we have your windows covered for a brief time as we prime your siding. Then we’ll spray on the siding color and also paint the trim.

Tuesday, September 5th: Hello and Happy Tuesday! We hope you all had a great, long holiday weekend! The weather looks like a cooler week, but also a dry week, which is perfect for painting!

The crew is beginning their prep and painting on the 11170 Building. Note- you may return your patio furniture/items as the deck skirts and deck floors will not be included in this year’s scope. We apologize for the confusion/misunderstanding.

Thursday, August 31st: Good morning! Your project is up and running as your crew is onsite pressure washing 11170 and 11180 Sand Castle Drive. We’re anticipating the crew will finish pressure washing both buildings today. We are looking forward to working onsite over the next month. Thanks!

Tuesday, August 29th: Good afternoon and welcome to your project blog for the painting project at Beechwood in Woodbury! We are looking forward to being onsite with you!

We’ll begin your project on Thursday, 8/31 and continue on Friday, 9/1 with pressure washing of the 1st and 2nd buildings, shown in the map above. 

We ask that if you’re home during the pressure washing, to please allow our crew members access to your water spigot in your garage. Additionally, please remove all personal belongings from your deck to allow for washing of the floor. You may put your furniture back onto your deck for the holiday weekend. You’ll be notified at a later date when the staining will occur and will be requested to please move your furniture once more.

Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will be back onsite to begin prepping and painting the exterior of the 1st and 2nd buildings.  We’re projecting this will begin on Tuesday, 9/5. 

Please continue to check the blog for progress updates, schedule updates, and any other pertinent information regarding your project. We’ll post information regarding the pressure washing of Building #3-#7 as the time nears. We anticipate to be onsite for about a month to complete your project.
