Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Windward at Dancing Waters! We are thrilled to be working with and for you this spring / summer!

Thursday, July 2nd:

Hello all – we are onsite today. We will be working tomorrow but not on Saturday. Have a great 4th of July!

Wednesday, July 1st:

We were a bit rain delayed this morning but we will be onsite if conditions are dry enough later on today.

Tuesday, June 30th:

We are on working on non-staining work today until it dries out enough for staining. We will be onsite a little later today than normal.

Monday, June 29th:

Hello all – we are on Building #12 today. It is a hot one but we are onsite and taking precautions. Please take care if you are outside!

Friday, June 26th:

Hello all – we are staining and should be working on the staining as long as we don’t receive any rain. We are currently working on Building #11 today. The plan is to start Building #12 tomorrow and begin #13 on Monday. We are also doing painting touch-ups throughout the association.

Wednesday, June 24th:

The crew is onsite today but will not be staining – they will be focused on other aspects until we can resume staining; hopefully tomorrow!

Hello all – we should be able to make some headway on staining this week! It may rain tomorrow but the rest of the week looks good!

Thursday, June 18th:

Hi all – the rain has given us a break today but we will make sure the wood is adequately dried off before staining. We are planning to be onsite.

Wednesday, June 17th: 

Hello all – we have begun staining but today we are delayed by rain – assuming conditions are dry enough to return we’ll be back tomorrow but only if wood is dry enough.

The weather forecast looks a little like rain tomorrow as well.

Hello all – hopefully we will be able to start staining later this afternoon or Saturday.

Hello all – we won’t be doing any staining due to the rain we received last night. If we don’t received more rain we will aim to be back tomorrow.

Hello all – we won’t be doing any staining due to the rain we received last night. If we don’t received more rain we will aim to be back tomorrow.

Monday, June 8th:

Hello all – due to the rain we experienced over the last day we will not be staining today or onsite. We aim to return tomorrow as long as the conditions are right.

Thursday, June 4th:

We are pressure washing in the community and plan to begin staining (weather dependent) on Monday, June 8th. We hope to update the table above with a more accurate status of pressure washing completion by the end of this week.

Wednesday, June 3rd:

Good afternoon residents of Windward Condos!

We are onsite and have begun pressure washing. It will take us multiple days to complete the entire pressure washing portion of this project.

 We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove all items off their deck for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing. 

After pressure washing is completed, we plan to be back onsite Monday, June 8th to begin prep & staining. 

Thursday, May 28th:

Please be advised that our crews will soon begin pressure washing in the community in preparation for the upcoming maintenance staining project of rear decking.  We will begin pressure washing with the first building on: TUESDAY, JUNE 2^ND     

 We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove all items off their deck for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing. Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and staining your deck floors.  We are projecting the staining tasks to begin at the first building:  MONDAY, JUNE 8^TH      

We understand this project may have a temporary impact on your daily routine and we appreciate your patience and cooperation. We are projecting that the project will take approximately 2 – 3 weeks to complete all units. This blog will communicate the sequence of buildings and finishing schedule. Wednesday, May 27th:

Hello all – carpentry is well underway and the next phase will begin on Tuesday, June 2nd where we will begin by pressure washing. A notice will be posted today at all impacted residences.

Wednesday, May 20th:

Our carpenters will soon begin exterior carpentry repairs in select areas of the association as part of the preparation for the upcoming staining / painting project. We expect to begin on: THURSDAY, MAY 21^st    

We anticipate that the specified scope of work that was approved by the community’s association Board to be completed in 2 – 3 weeks.  

Overall, this project will have minimal impact your daily routine and we appreciate your patience and cooperation.  Our team will work efficiently to complete the work promptly in preparation for the painting crew to arrive at a later date.  To stay up to date on project progress, scheduling updates (including weather delays), and other important information, please this block.
