West Meadows HOA- Forest Lake

Project Complete

Greetings and welcome to the official project blog for the painting project at West Meadows HOA in Forest Lake. We are thrilled to be onsite with you!

Route Map- The crew will start on the west side of the complex and make their way around clockwise to finish across from the starting point.

Wednesday, April 5th: Happy Hump Day- we’ve made it to mid-week!

The Road Runner’s crew is wrapping up today at West Meadows. We wanted to extend a thank you to all of the residents for cooperating and unlocking their front storm doors so we could get to the door frames. It has been our pleasure working with and for you this spring! We hope you enjoy your fresh paint and have a great rest of the year!

And that’s a wrap!

Team work at West Meadows.

Tuesday, April 4th: What a beautiful day we’re having! Hopefully you can get outside and enjoy it.

Last night was the Men’s NCAA Championship game and UNC took home the trophy! The No. 1 seeds for the West and South regions met in the final game and the Tar Heels came up ahead. I suppose we’re onto baseball now… The Twins took home the win for their Home Opener against the Kansas City Royals.

More good news- the crew is cruising along at West Meadows! They’ve finished the prep work for the door and garage frames, pillars, and kickplates on all buildings and have also completed the painting on 5 buildings. They are hopeful to wrap up tomorrow!

Prep work is easy when the sun in shining!

The front pillars get a fresh coat of paint.

Monday, April 3rd: Happy Monday West Meadows! Today is the day- it’s the Home Opener for the Twins! We’re hopeful the rain can hold off for the 3:10pm game vs. the Royals. If you’re headed to the game, maybe grab an umbrella just in case. In keeping with their tradition of partnering with local chefs and restaurateurs, Target Field is continuing to rethink stadium food with several additions to this season’s food list. Linked, is an article highlighting the “newbies” and also a complete list of food options.

The crew at West Meadows is starting your project with some prep work. They’ll be scraping, taping, and caulking before they can start painting.

Meet your crew: Jaime, Hugo, Ruben, Nolberto, and Mariano.

Off with the old and then in with the new (paint).

Crisp corners for a clean finish!

Thursday, March 30th: Welcome residents of West Meadows! We’re glad you’ve found your way to our project blog. Here, we’ll keep you fully apprised of project details, scheduling, and any changes, if any that come up. We’ll also post progress pictures and try to have some fun along the way as well!

This spring’s project will consist of various exterior painting, including- prepping and finishing the front door frames, entry pillars, garage door frames, and patio kickplates throughout the association. The plan is to begin on Monday, April 3rd- as long as there isn’t too much rain/moisture over the weekend. We anticipate the project will take 7-9 days, with the time depending on the weather and potential for rain.

We kindly ask that you have your front storm door unlocked in preparation for our crew’s arrival. Other than this, we’ll have minimal impact on your daily routines.

Have a great rest of the week and weekend and we’ll see you on Monday!
