Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting and staining project at Linden Park in New Hope. We are thrilled to be onsite!

The crew is onsite today completing some repair and replacement work to a few of these decks. We will be letting the decks sit and cure for a bit and we’ll return in about 2 weeks to stain these areas. Thanks!

Friday, September 4th: Good morning!
The crew has started to stain the deck stacks today. They are also making their way along the front of the building with their prep and painting of decking items. They are projecting to be onsite for 2-4 more working days.

Tuesday, September 1st: Good afternoon!
The crew is off and running at Linden Park.
They’ll begin in the SE corner and work on the deck stacks in a clockwise motion.

With the morning rain, we’ll be postponing our painting start until tomorrow. Thanks!
Friday, August 28th: Greetings and TGIF!
We’ll be getting started on Monday, 8/31. The crew will start in the SE corner and move clockwise around the building. NOTE this is updated from a previous post.
We will first be completing the painting aspects of the project – patio door frames, HVAC doors/frames. Then carpentry repairs will be completed to repair/replace marked deck boards. Once repaired/replaced we will stain the decks.
The crew will move around the building and complete the decks in ‘stacks.’

The crew is wrapping up with the pressure washing today and will return on Monday to begin staining. Thanks!

We are off!!
The crew is pressure washing at Linden Park. They’ll be starting along the SE side of the buildings and working their way counter clockwise around the Building.

We’ll be getting started at Linden Park tomorrow with pressure washing of the included decks. Thanks and see you tomorrow!
Wednesday, August 19th: Good afternoon!
Hello and welcome to your project blog for the deck trim and deck staining project at Linden Park. We are looking forward to being onsite with you!
The crew will be kicking off on Monday, August 24th with pressure washing of the included areas within your complex. For the washing, we kindly request that you close your windows and remove all personal items from your deck to allow unobstructed access to the decking while washing.
Once we’ve washed your deck you may return the contents to your deck; however, you will need to remove them one more time for the staining. We are projecting the staining to begin at the beginning of the route on Wednesday, August 26th.
We anticipate to be onsite for about 2-3 weeks to complete the staining. You can continue to follow the project progress here as we’ll post frequent updates, share photos, and alert you of any weather delays should they come up. Thanks and we’ll see you onsite on Tuesday!
