Friday, September 13th: Friday the 13th, a full moon, and a Border Battle weekend for our Vikings and Packers — oh my!

We’ll be onsite tomorrow to paint the remaining doors – thank you in advance for your cooperation! Have a great weekend!

Wednesday, September 11th: Good afternoon!

Today we are taking a pause in honor and remembrance of those lost on 9/11 and we pay tribute to the heroes that day brought forth. We will never forget.

We’ll be back one final time on Saturday to paint the remaining doors. Please be available during the 9am – 1pm range or you may schedule a specific time using the calendar tool above. Thank you and please give us a call if you have any questions.

Friday, September 6th: TGIF!

Football Season is upon us! Green Bay and Chicago kicked off the 10th season last night at Soldier Field with a pretty uneventful win by the Packers. The Viking will start off their season with a home game against Atlanta on Sunday — SKOL!!!

Door Painting is underway! And there’s still time to request an appointment- check the calendar tool above to schedule. Thanks and have a great weekend!

Wednesday, September 4th: Greetings!

And we’re back! The crew will be onsite on Friday and Saturday to paint the remainder of the doors. Please use the calendar scheduling tool to make an appointment to have your door painted. Also to note, the doors are undergoing a color change and will require two coats of paint. This means they’ll be back and forth between coats to prep and paint at several doors. We kinds ask for your grace if we’re not right on the dot for our appointment, but rather use it as a window of time. Thanks so much!

Friday, August 16th: Hello and TGIF!

(insert happy dance!)

The crew is completing door appointments and knocking on doors today and tomorrow. Thank you to everyone that has signed up! There is still time to make an appointment using the calendar above.

Have a great weekend!

We’re posting more notices regarding our second pass at door painting for Phase I. We’ll be onsite on Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm and then on Saturday from 9am until 3pm. Please use the calendar above to select an available time slot. Thanks!

Monday, August 12th: Hello and Happy Monday!

Back to the grind after the weekend! We appreciate everyone who opened their doors for painting, scheduled appointments, and also for your patience as the weather wasn’t willing to cooperate Saturday afternoon. We’ll be finalizing the remaining door schedule soon – thanks!

First of all thank you to everyone that has made arrangements to be home for door painting and scheduled a time. The crew spends less time knocking and more time checking doors off the list- so thank you!

The crew will begin officially painting doors tomorrow and also on Saturday. They’re also continuing to prep and paint the gable louvers throughout the association.

Going up on the side of the building to paint the louver.

Team work to get the ladder moved for louver painting.

Tuesday, August 6th: Good afternoon!

Today is National Night Out and your neighborhood surely has something planned — be it a potluck, bbq, bounce house for the kiddies, ice cream social, the possibilities are endless really! National Night Out was started as an annual campaign to foster community building and promote police-community partnerships. Often local police or firefighters stop and visit or even give safety demonstrations. We hope you all have a great night connecting with neighbors!

The crew is continuing to prep and paint the gable louvers and other misc. areas. We’ll soon post regarding the painting of your resident front doors. We’ll be completing in two phases— Phase I – Buildings north of 68th Avenue N ONLY. We’ll be painting doors on Friday and Saturday between the hours of 9am and 4pm. The crew will be knocking on your doors during this time and if you’re home, kindly open your door to be painted. We are less than a month away from the Great Minnesota Get- Together and a list of 53 new drink options has been released. We all know that that fair may be know for all of the foodie options, mostly fried and many on a stick of course! Yet, it seems we’re becomming creative with beers, spritzers, seltzers, meads, mimosas, etc etc many of which have clever names- case in point the ‘Berry Manilow’ which is a lightly hoppy beer brewed with homemade lemonade and pureed raspberries from Utepils Brewing. Check it out here!

We are carrying on at Gleason with shutter painting and it seems the crew is pacing about two to three buildings per day. Thanks!

We’re looking foward to sprucing up your property with some fresh paint – thank you for having us!
