Wednesday, July 27th: Good afternoon!
The crew has essentially wrapped things up with your project and now it’s just a matter of coordinating schedules so your project supervisor, Jason, can come out and mark areas in need of touch ups with blue tape. We kindly ask that after the blue tape pieces are put up that residents leave them where they are as they direct the team members to fix accordingly.

The crew is picking up where they left off yesterday with painting the front side of Building 3 today. Tomorrow they are going to begin the prep work on Building 4.

The crew wrapped things up with Building 2 yesterday. Today they are beginning the prep work on Building 3.
Tuesday, July 5th: I hope you all had the opportunity to enjoy the long holiday weekend!
Today we will be finishing up with painting the fascia and trim on Building 2. Tomorrow we will begin the prep for Building 3, which will include caulking and priming.

The crew is back onsite and is continuing the work on Building 2 today.
Monday, June 27th: Greetings!
The crew will pressure wash Building 4 on Wednesday, 6/29. We kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings from the outside of your home/deck to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the pressure washing. Once the pressure washing is complete, you may return your belongings to the exterior of your home.
The crew will be starting the prep work on Building 2 today.

The crew is onsite and they have started painting at Building 1. Stay cool today everyone!
Friday, June 17th: Good afternoon!
The rain is finally gone and the crew is onsite! Today they are pressure washing Building 3. Building 1 has been fully primed and they will begin the painting for this building on Monday, 6/20.
Wednesday, June 15th: Good morning!
It is starting to rain so the crew will not be able to continue working today. They will hopefully be able to return tomorrow as long as the substrates have had adequate time to dry. They will also be pressure washing Building 3 on Friday, 6/17.
Monday, June 13th: Greetings!
The crew will be onsite today after 11 to pressure wash Building 2. They will return tomorrow to begin the prep and painting of Building 1 once the substrates have had time to dry from the rain today.
Friday, June 10th: Good morning!
The crew will return on Monday, June 13th to pressure wash Building 2. If you live in this building please make sure to clear all small personal belongings from the outside of your home/deck. They will also begin the prep and painting of Building 1 on Monday as well.

The crew is onsite and your project is underway! They will be pressure washing Building 1 today to kick things off.
The crew will return on Monday, June 13th to pressure wash Building 2. We kindly request that each homeowner in this building remove all small personal belongings from the outside of your home/deck to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the pressure washing. Once the pressure washing is complete, you may return your belongings to the exterior of your home.
Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will be back to start prepping & painting the exterior of the 2nd building in our proposed sequence on Wednesday, June 22nd.

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to being back onsite!
Our crews will soon begin pressure washing your buildings in preparation for the upcoming painting project. We are projecting that pressure washing the first two buildings in our sequence will start on Wednesday, June 8th. We’ll then begin painting on the first building, weather pending on 6/13.
We kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings from the outside of your home/deck to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the pressure washing. Once the pressure washing is complete, you may return your belongings to the exterior of your home.
Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will be back to start prepping & painting the exterior of the 1st building in our proposed sequence. The scope of work for the entire association will take about 5-6 weeks to complete. However, your specific building/unit will take much less time. Please be mindful that weather may alter this finishing schedule. We are projecting to start prepping & finishing that 1st building on Monday, June 13th.
We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may enjoy the remainder of the summer. The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we will share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
