Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Preston Trails in Minnetonka. We are thrilled to be onsite this year to spruce up your exteriors.

Friday, June 16th: Happy Friday!

The crew has completed the necessary touch ups which means your project is officially complete! Thank you again for allowing us to work for and with you this summer.

Monday, June 12th: Good morning!

We return with great news this Monday morning. The crew has completed your project! We will be onsite this week to assess areas that need touch ups. The crew will then return to complete the touch ups and your project will be officially finished!

Wednesday, June 7th: Good afternoon!

The crew has been hard at work on your project and are making great progress. They are continuing to prep and finish the fences.

Monday, June 5th: Greetings!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting at Preston Trails in Minnetonka. We are looking forward to working with and for you over the summer!

Your project will consist of finishing the privacy fences around the association. The green highlighted fences (located in the project site map above) will be the fences we’ll be focusing on for this project.

We are tentative to start Monday, June 5th with pressure washing. We kindly request that you please remove all personal items from your deck for the pressure washing and small items from outside your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to your deck.

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing the included surfaces. We anticipate that prep and painting start date to be — TBD. With the weather being the biggest factor in our schedule, we can’t commit to a start date for prep/painting.
