The crew has completed all of the touch ups that were needed which means your project is officially finished! It was our pleasure to be onsite working with and for you.

Friday, August 16th: Greetings!

The crew made great progress this week and was able to complete all of the buildings yesterday. A production manager will be onsite to complete a walk through in the coming days and mark any areas in need of touch ups. Have a great weekend!

The crew began the 2nd building on Tuesday, 8/6. They are continuing to work diligently on this building.

Monday, August 5th: Good morning!

We’ve completed building 1 and will be starting prep on the 2nd building tomorrow. Thank you all for your cooperation while we completed Building 1. Once all buildings are complete, we will set up a walk through to mark any areas missed, touch ups spots, etc before we are fully finished.

Thursday, July 25th: Good morning!

We’re off and running with the pressure washers today. Thanks for your cooperation to move any small items / rugs away from the exteriors. We’re looking forward to getting started painting next week. We’ve listed the tentative finishing schedule above. We will be able to better project the start dates of the 2nd and 3rd buildings once we get started, but likely about 7-10 working days for each building.

Monday, July 22nd: Greetings Residents of Highlands at Lakeside!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming exterior painting project. We are excited to be working together again this year!

Our crew will be pressure washing, and prepping & painting select exterior surfaces of three buildings for the scope of this project – 8800/8808 & 8711/8719/8727 & 8728/8736/8744.

The pressure washing will begin on Thursday, 7/25 and we will wash all buildings. Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping & painting process on the first building – 8800/8808. We are projecting that prep & painting will begin on Monday, 7/29. We are projecting that each building will take approximately 7-10 days to complete. Please be mindful that weather may alter this finishing schedule.

We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine so we will do our best to complete the project promptly to be sure everyone can return to their daily routine as soon as possible. The best way to obtain a project status update will be posted here as we will share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
