Echo Bay HOA – Excelsior

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Echo Bay in Excelsior. We are looking forward to being onsite with you!

Wednesday, June 3rd: We were onsite today working on Building #2. With rain in the forecast for the rest of the week – any work may be delayed. We will update when we have more progress to report and/or a timeline for a final walk.

Tuesday, May 26th: Hello all – we have mostly completed work on Building #1 – 10-20 Echo Bay Drive with the exception of a screened in porch. The crew is working on Building #2 – 30-40 Echo Bay Drive this week.

Looks like we are getting a nice stretch of weather so hopefully we will be able to wrap up this week.

Monday, May 18th: Good morning. Due to the rain that we received on Sunday evening / early Monday we will be delaying the start of the project until Tuesday, May 19th. Thanks for your understanding!

Tuesday, May 12th: Good afternoon. We were onsite today at Echo Bay to pressure wash. We will be posting a project welcome video below from Project Manager, Dana Clark later today or tomorrow am! Thanks!

Wednesday, May 6th: Good afternoon!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting at Echo Bay in Excelsior. We are looking forward to refreshing the exterior of your buildings. For this summer’s project we’ll be painting two buildings, 10-20 Echo Bay Drive & 30-40 Echo Bay Drive. 

We have a crew that will be kicking off on Tuesday, May 12th with pressure washing, which will likely take the crew through Wednesday, May 13th to complete.

We kindly request that you please remove all small personal items from the exterior of your home and from the deck for the pressure washing to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to their normal place.    

After the surfaces have had time to dry (about 5-7 days) the crew will return to begin their prep and painting on Building 1. We are projecting this prep/painting to begin on Monday, May 18th.

We are projecting each building to take about 2-3 working days to complete. The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have to your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
