The crew is finishing up on Building 8 today and will begin their prep work on Building 9 as well. They are hoping to be wrapping up with this final building next week Tuesday or Wednesday, weather permitting.

The crew is onsite continuing the prepping and painting of building 7 that was started yesterday.

SO crazy it’s now August – where has the summer gone?!
The crew is painting the trim on Building 6 and will start prep/painting on Building 7 tomorrow.
Thursday, July 29th: Good afternoon!
The crew is onsite today after another rain delay yesterday. They are finishing the prep and painting on Building 6. The crew will be starting the prep work on Building 7 on Monday, 8/2.

**Update** Unfortunately due to the rain the crew had to leave early. Hopefully, they will be back tomorrow to continue working on your project but we will have to see what the weather does. Have a great rest of your day!
The crew started prepping Building 6 on Tuesday and they have been working on prepping and painting this building since. Today they are currently working on covering windows with plastic to protect them from the paint.

The crew is continuing their work on Building 5 today. They are working on spraying and trim painting the finishing currently. The crew will begin prepping and painting Building 6 tomorrow.
Friday, July 16th: Good morning!
The crew is back onsite this morning and they are continuing to progress around the route. The crew started prepping and painting at Building 5 yesterday and today they will be continuing to work on this Building.
Wednesday, July 14th: Good afternoon!
Unfortunately, the weather did not hold out for us so the crew will not be onsite today due to the rain. They should be back to continue working on your project tomorrow or Friday, weather permitting.

The crew has been continuing to work diligently on your project and they are making great progress. They are continuing to prep and paint at Building #4 today and are projecting to start Building #5 tomorrow, weather permitting.

The crew is continuing to spray and back roll on Building 2. It is key to follow up spraying with back rolling to ensure that the coating being applied gets “worked in: to underlying substrates. You can see the crew spraying the paint in the photos below.

The crew is onsite today pressure washing Buildings 3 and 4. They are also prepping and priming at Building 2.

The crew should be wrapping up their work on Building 1 by the end of the day today or early tomorrow. They will then transition to begin prepping Building 2 on Saturday. The crew will be back on Monday, 6/21 to pressure wash Buildings 3 and 4.

The crew is off and running at Rice Lake Woods today and the pressure washer is ready to roll! They have started washing at Buildings 1 and 2 and will make their way around the route to pressure wash all of the buildings in the next few days.

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are excited to be back onsite this year!
Our crew will be kicking off on Wednesday, 6/9 with pressure washing, which will likely take the crew several days to complete.
We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove any small personal items from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing.
After the surfaces have had time to dry the crew will return to begin their prep and painting on Building 1. We are projecting this prep/painting to begin on Friday, 6/11.
We are projecting that this project will likely take 5-7 weeks to complete all buildings in the 2021 scope of work so please look at our projected schedule for when work is to be performed on your specific building.
The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have to your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
