Tuesday, June 15th: Greetings!

The crew will be back onsite tomorrow to do the touch-ups for your project. This will likely take two days to complete. We should be completely done with your project by Friday.

Friday, June 4th: Good afternoon!

The crew was onsite today painting Building 13. Things are pretty much wrapped up at Timbercreek. We will be doing our walk-through and marking things up with blue tape for touch-ups in the next few days. Please do not remove the tape, this indicates to the crew what needs to be touched up.

The crew is onsite this afternoon at Timbercreek. They are painting Building 11 as well as prepping Buildings 12 and 13.

Wednesday, June 2nd: Good afternoon!

The crew is continuing their work around the route map. They are prepping and priming at Buildings 10 and 11 today.

The crew is back onsite after a beautiful memorial weekend! They are prepping and painting at Buildings 7 and 8 today.

The crew will not be onsite today but we are hoping to be back tomorrow as long as the weather cooperates.

Monday, May 24th: Good morning!

The crew will not be onsite today because the buildings are too wet to work on. They should be back tomorrow as long as the weather holds off.

The crew is back onsite today pressure washing the buildings! Have a great weekend.

Thursday, May 20th: Good morning!

Unfortunately, due to the rain again today the crew will not be onsite.

Wednesday, May 19th: Greetings!

Due to the rain the crew will not be onsite today. They will return tomorrow to continue pressure washing.

The crew will be back onsite tomorrow with a water trailer. They should be able to pressure wash the rest of the buildings by the end of the day. 

Tuesday, May 18th: Good Morning!

The crew was only able to wash Buildings 1-2 yesterday because there wasn’t water access at the other buildings. They are waiting to get access to a water trailer to continue on the route. They will either be back today or tomorrow to keep pressure washing the buildings.

Monday, May 17th: Good Afternoon!

Hope everyone had a great weekend! The crew is onsite and is starting pressure washing at Building 1 today. They will make their way around the route to pressure wash all of the buildings. Which will likely take several days to complete.

Friday, May 14th: Good morning! 

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Timbercreek in Plymouth. We are looking forward to being onsite this year!

For this year’s project we’ll be prepping and painting select areas of your exterior – front decking substrates including deck trim on the entry risers and skirts. 

We have a crew that will be kicking off with pressure washing on Monday, 5/17 which will likely take the crew several days to complete.

We ask that you please remove any personal belongings from the front entry to allow for safe & unobstructed access to these areas for the washing. The project will take about 7-10 working days to complete.

Tentatively, we are planning to start painting & prepping at the first building (weather permitting) on. Monday, May 24th. 

We will be using our online blog to inform residents of the project status, schedule or any weather delays during the project.
