Greetings and welcome to your project portal for the upcoming trim painting project at Delta Sundown HOA in Woodbury. We are thrilled to be working with and for you this summer!

Thursday, August 12th: Greetings!

The crew is onsite today working on Building 6. They are painting the shutters and the handrails.

Our ladders are up and we’re ready to paint.

Wednesday, August 11th: Good afternoon!

The crew has returned and have started painting the poles at Delta Sundown. They have also started painting the shutters on Building 5.

Tuesday, August 10th: Good morning!

With the am rain, the crew has postponed painting for today. They’ll resume tomorrow. Thanks!

Monday, August 9th: Good morning!

The crew is continuing to prep and paint at Delta Sundown. They are working on shutters starting at Building #2 and also railings starting at Building #4 today.

Friday, August 6th: Good morning and TGIF!

The crew is continuing to work their way around the included buildings to prep and paint your shutters. They’ll also be painting the building entry railings.

Thursday, August 5th: Greetings!

With the overnight and morning rain, the crew will not be onsite today. They will return tomorrow.

Wednesday, August 4th: Good morning!

The crew is onsite today starting Building #1. They are prepping and painting the shutters as well as prepping and painting the selected entry railings.

Friday, July 30th: Greetings Residents of Delta Sundown!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming trim painting project. We are looking forward to being onsite!

Our crew will begin the process of painting select trim (shutters, entry handrails, etc) approved by the association board to be completed this summer. We will begin prepping & painting on the first building in the community on Monday, 8/2.

This is a large project that will likely take about 2-3 weeks to complete all buildings. However, each individual building will take less time.

Overall this project will have minimal impact on your daily routine. The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
