Monday, October 28th: Good afternoon!

The crew has completed the touch ups that were marked.  Which means your project is officially finished!  It has been a pleasure working with and for you on your project. 

Wednesday, October 23rd: Greetings!

The final walk through has been completed and touch ups have been marked.  The crew will return to complete the touch ups and finish those by the end of the week.  It has been a pleasure working with and for you on this project!

Friday, October 18th: Good morning!

The crew has completed all doors and will be finishing up with the rest of the project today.  A final walkthrough will then happen for any areas in need of touch ups to be marked.

Monday, October 7th: Good afternoon!

We hope everyone had a great weekend!  The crew is currently working on Building # 8 today.

Thursday, October 3rd: Greetings!

The crew is continuing to work their way around the route posted above.  Today they are working on Building # 6.  If you do not receive a confirmation and/or approval email after making your front door appointment, please check your spam folder.  

Monday, September 30th: Good afternoon!

We hope everyone had a great weekend!  The crew is onsite and finishing up at Building # 5 today.  They will be starting Building # 6 today as well.

Front door painting appointments will begin tomorrow.  Please use the calendar tool above to schedule an appointment.  Crew members will also be knocking on front doors throughout the week, so if you are home you can open your front door to have it painted.  Please note that after signing up for an appointment you will not receive a confirmation email until we confirm the appointment on our end.  So while you may not receive the confirmation right away, do not fret as it will be coming!

Thursday, September 26th: Greetings!

The crew has completed pressure washing all of the privacy wall partitions.  They have split into two group to work on the prepping and painting tasks.  Today they are working on Buildings # 3 and # 4.

Each building is taking the crew about a day and half to complete.  We kindly ask that you move your cars out of your driveway when we are working on your building so the crew has full access to the trim areas being painted.  Thank you!

Monday, September 25th: Good morning!

Happy project kick off day!  The crew will be onsite today to begin pressure washing and preparation tasks on Building # 1 and work their way around the route. 

Friday, September 20th: Greetings Residents of Legacy Creek!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming staining & trim painting project.  We are looking forward to getting started next week!

Please be advised that our crews will soon begin preparation for your upcoming project to be completed within your community.  We are projecting that pressure washing of the privacy wall partitions & preparation for painting tasks will begin on the first building on Monday, September 23rd (weather permitting).

We kindly request that each resident please remove all decorations or personal items from your privacy wall.  Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry (5 – 7 days), the crew will return to begin prepping & staining the privacy walls.  Items may be returned once washing & staining has been completed.

We anticipate the included scope of work for our company will take 2 – 3 weeks to finish; however, your individual unit will take less time to finish the included accent areas.  We also ask that each homeowner be aware of wet paint / stain when entering or exiting their unit.  Roell Painting Company will not be responsible for any damages if paint or stain gets on your personal belongings.

At a later time, we will be posting a notice regarding painting of the front doors.  This task will require the participation from each resident to paint the front doors in the open position.  We will be providing information on this in the coming weeks.

We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone can return to their daily routine.  One can stay up to date on weather delays, scheduling updates, and other additional information here.
