Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Cahill of Edina!
We are thrilled to be back onsite this summer. We’ll be kicking off your project with pressure washing tomorrow, May 13th. We’ll begin washing areas in preparation for painting. The crew may also be cleaning your gutters while we make our way through and pressure wash.
Please remove any small items, furniture, plants away from working areas to allow for unobstructed access while washing and also prep/painting.
We’ve posted a map above to designate the route the crew will follow to wash and prep/paint your buildings. We’ll be getting started on the south end of the property and work our way from Building #1 – Building #7. In total we are anticipating to be onsite for 8 – 10 weeks to complete the washing, carpentry repairs, and then painting.
Once buildings are washed, the carpenters will be making their way around the building to complete their repairs before any of the painting can begin. So you may notice some time between washing and seeing a crew back to complete carpentry and then prep/painting at your building.
You can stay apprised of project progress here on the blog as we’ll post frequent updates regarding washing dates, and then prep/painting start dates for each building, and any weather delays should they come up.
Please reach out if you have any questions and we’re looking forward to getting started this week!
