We have great news to report, your project is fully complete! It was our pleasure being onsite and working with and for you. We hope you are enjoying the newly painted exteriors and have a great rest of your summer!

Tuesday, July 13th: Good afternoon!

The crew will be wrapping things up at Villas at River’s Edge by the end of the day today. We will be doing our walk-through and marking things up with blue tape for touch-ups in the next several days. Please do not remove the tape, this indicates to the crew what needs to be touched up. Thank you!

Monday, July 12th: Greetings!

The crew is continuing their diligent work on your project and is near wrapping it up! They have started prepping and painting on Building 9 today and will complete it by the end of the day tomorrow.

The windows have been covered at Building 9.

Friday, July 9th: Good afternoon and TGIF!

The crew is starting to prep on Building #8.

Thursday, July 8th: Greetings!

The crew is continuing to prep and paint Building 7. Building 8 is projected to be started tomorrow.

We hope you all had a great weekend! The crew will not be onsite today but we should be back tomorrow or Thursday, weather permitting.

The crew is almost finished with Building 5 and will be wrapping up there soon. They will start prepping and painting Building 6 around noon.

The crew is onsite today and will be pressure washing Buildings 7, 8, and 9. They will not be painting today because there is a possibility of rain at noon.

Friday, June 25th: Good morning!

The crew has been making great progress at Villas at River’s Edge! They will be finishing up painting Building 4 today and then will begin the prep and painting of Building 5. On Monday the crew will return to pressure wash the last three Buildings.

Building 4 is looking great!

Tuesday, June 22nd: Good afternoon!

The crew is onsite and the pressure washer is ready to roll again. Today they will be washing Buildings 4, 5, & 6. The crew will also be starting the prep and painting on Building 3.

The crew has started prepping and painting at Building 2 today. They will be pressure washing Buildings 4, 5, and 6 tomorrow.

Friday, June 18th: Good afternoon!

The crew is back onsite today and they have started prepping and painting at Building 1. They will be back tomorrow as well to continue working on Building 1. Have a great weekend!

Thursday, June 17th: Good morning!

The crew had an add-on at a previous project that they are finishing up so they will not be onsite today. They will return tomorrow to start prepping and painting Building 1.

Tuesday, June 15th: Greetings!

The crew is off and running at Villas at River’s Edge and the pressure washer is ready to roll! They have started washing at Building 1 and will make their way around the route to pressure wash all of the buildings in the next few days.

Monday, June 7th: Good afternoon!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are excited to be back onsite this year!

Our crew will be kicking off on Tuesday, 6/15 with pressure washing, which will likely take about 1-2 days for the crew to complete.

We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove any small personal items from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing.

After the surfaces have had time to dry the crew will return to begin their prep and painting on Building 1. We are projecting this prep/painting to begin on Thursday, 6/17.

We are projecting that this project will take 3-4 weeks to complete. The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have to your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
