Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at your residence. We are looking forward to being onsite and refreshing a selection of your common area spaces!

Friday, February 24th: Good afternoon!

Welcome to your project blog for the painting project at Hidden Pathways. We are looking forward to being a part of your interior refresh project!

This project blog will be used as a communication tool to relay pertinent project information regarding start dates, photos of progress and any updates to the finishing schedule. We will update the project progress a few times each week to allow you to know when and where we will be prepping/painting.

The project consists of wallpaper removal in your corridor hallways on the 1 – 3 floors and then painting in the corridor hallways on the 1 – 3 floors – including the resident alcove walls and the 2nd & 3rd floor elevator lobby walls.

We would ask residents to be mindful of wet paint as we are working on your floor, otherwise the disruption will be fairly minor as it is all happening in the common areas.

On Monday, we’ll be getting started on the 3rd floor with wallpaper removal, wall prep, and priming of previously wallpapered areas to ready them for application of top coat. We will work by floor and on Wednesday will begin to divide and conquer and start a crew on the 2nd floor as well. We will then move to complete areas on the 1st floor.

We are anticipating the project to take in its entirety about 3-4 weeks; however the time spent on each floor will be less time.
