Wednesday, June 2nd: Greetings!

The crew completed pressure washing all buildings last Friday. They will return this Friday or Saturday once the surfaces have had time to fully dry to begin staining.

Friday, May 28th: Good afternoon

Happy project start day! The crew is onsite and we’ve fired up the pressure washers. We’ll be starting at Building 1 and will work our way through Building 4 by the end of the day. Have a great memorial weekend!

Thursday, May 27th: Good morning!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming staining project at Helena Rd in Oakdale. We are looking forward to refreshing your deck floors.

Our crew will be kicking off on Friday, 5/28 with pressure washing of the 8 included rear decks.

We kindly request that you please remove all personal items from your deck for the pressure washing and staining to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing and access to stain the entire deck floor. If you do not remove items from your deck, the crew will skip your unit until this is resolved.

We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine and we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may return the contents of your deck and enjoy the remainder of the summer.

After the surfaces have had time to dry (about 5-7 days) the crew will return to begin their prep and staining on the first building and the crew will stain the buildings in the same order as they were pressure washed. Please note that the weather will impact our schedule as we will need the decks to be dry before applying the stain. We are projecting this prep/staining to begin on Thursday, 6/3.
